As someone who has been here MANY times in the past few months from crowns, fillings and teeth whitening treatments, I couldn’t be happier with the staff at Aspen Dental in Cedar Park! Dr. White, her hygienists and all the office staff were all always so kind and happy to help. Dr. White went above and beyond with my crowns and made sure that I was happy and pleased with the way they looked and fit in my mouth - and made sure that we ordered/fit until they were perfect. I am moving soon, but will be making the drive to stay being a patient here - it’s worth it when you find somewhere good!
We called for a consultation visit for dentures. Staff was very welcoming, and walked through the process in clear and efficient manner. Dentures were made same day, which was a big plus. The only downsize was that the dentist did not come in after dentures were done to check on patient to address areas that needed to be filed down to even bite. Otherwise, I would recommend this place!
Izzy, Latika, and Dr. Whitney White were some of the nicest medical professionals I have ever experienced. Latika kept me laughing and relaxed while she took my X-rays. Dr. White explained everything going on with my teeth very thoroughly. While she pulled my tooth she was understanding of my nerves and kept me as calm as possible. Izzy helped me organize my financial options, and as the face of the front desk she was nothing but real with me. I can tell they all love their job and I honestly can’t wait to go back for more dental care. Thank you Aspen Dental Cedar Park!
Initial visit to discuss dentures. Very pleasant place and staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Lori in Patient Services, Izzy the office manager, Latika the dental assistant and Dr White were all great. Will have more to say after my surgery to remove some teeth and get my dentures in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to going back there again.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, our experience was above and beyond our expectations. We didn't have to wait long before we were called back. The dentist was clear about my dental plan. The finance consultation was explained to us in detail. We were able to choose the best financial option for us.
I would have given them a 5 but there was a discrepency regarding billing of what a deep cleaning was suppose to cost me than what it actually was after I called my dental insurance. I was told it was to cost me about $1251, but after my insurance company called them, it turned out to be $499. So there was a delay in my getting the deep cleaning because I couldnt afford the $1251. Anyway, the staff is very pleasant. Matt, the hygenist, did a excellent job. He was patient with me and I felt comfortable with him and the procedure. It was the first time I have ever needed a deep cleaning as I have developed peridontal disease now that I am older. I want to stay on top of this to prevent further bone loss. Hopefully, there wont be any moew discrepancies with billing.
One of the better experiences I have ever had at the dentist! Dr. White and hygienist Matthew, delivered a quick and painless deep cleaning.
From the moment you walk through the doors the atmosphere and ambiance of the office puts you in a very relaxed state. From X-rays, to cleaning, to Doctor contact the entire staff simply mesmerized me with their professionalism and caring attitude. For a dental office every one here has an excellent bedside manner. All procedures are explained thoroughly and you get instant answers to all of your questions and concerns. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but this office has changed all of that. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a home dental office. Absolutely the best experience I have ever experienced at the dentist. I don’t want to leave the office manager out she is a wonderful component of the operation. They can and will satisfy all of your dental needs and have you appreciating the experience.
This Aspen Dental is fantastic. The professionalism is superb and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Cole is extremely knowledgeable with the most impressive bedside manner I have ever experienced. The office manager Haylee is wonderful and very welcoming. My hygienist Ashley was spectacular, she did my cleaning and I was very happy with her technique. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you guys for your hospitality!
Aspen dental definitely has my business. Staff is very friendly and professional and I had a great experience with my cleaning. Their hygienist Ashley did a great job on my cleaning, but after a few weeks I realized the special mouthwash caused a little bit of staining. I walked in and she redid the polishing no questions asked!
