I just bought a new mower here, and I couldn't be Happier! They treated me so well and answered all my questions and helped me pick the best mower for what I needed. They had it ready quickly, walked me through all the features on it and again no matter how many questions I had they were so polite and friendly about everything that it was the best buying experience I've had in a very very long time! Thank you guys for my new Bad boy Elite! it was amazing mowing the grass today!
They sharpen chainsaw blades very well. They carry all the supply needed for maintaining a residential house. I bought a tractor from them. They were able to put it together the next day on Saturday, so I could bring it home. FAST SERVICE. THANKS
Just purchased a bad boy from these guys, awesome service had answers to all my questions no high pressure sales tactics and laid back environment set my mind at ease and sold us an amazing mower would highly recommend
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. RUDE,RUDE, I went to get my back pack blower fixed. The pull string coil was the problem. After them having it for a while I was told that it wasn't worth fixing.. so I went to the shop ,and there I was told they didn't know what model the blower was..????. I literally pulled my phone out and looked the part number up for them.
I went there to price some equipment, first the smell of pets greet you before anybody. Second they never once asked if I had any questions, alot different from Last year when I came and bought lawn equipment. They have a odd energy about them

I went in looking for a part they told me get on google and type in what im looking for, i told them i need one now he said thats impossible no one will have it, so i went to wayne lawn and garden the gentleman there knew exactly what i had and sent me down the road where it was in stock moral of the story dont waste your time these guys have no clue what they are doing or talking about, just go straight to wayne lawn and garden you will be happy you did
Customer service is below terrible, three large dogs roaming around brushing on you. They Do Not stand behind there work. I had to Sue to get my money back from poor work performed on my zero turn. BUYER BE BEWARE!!!!!
Horrible customer service! My husband ordered front wheel bearings for our tractor. He paid for them up front. The gentleman told him they would take a week. They did not, so my husband popped into the store and inquired about them. The person at the counter was rude and asked us "did we call you?" My husband told him no, but he thought he would just stop by and check because it had been over a week. He seemed bothered that my husband just stop in and he was told, "we'll call you when they arrive". When they did arrive, several days later, my husband picked them up. When he got home, he realized they were back bearings, not front as requested. He tried to return or exchange them, but they refused. Once again they were rude and my husband was told they don't do returns or exchanges on special orders. They are the ones that ordered the wrong part, but refused to acknowledge that they did. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with this company. But we thought we would give them a second chance. We will never do business with them again. So completely rude and unprofessional.
