Knowledgeable and helpful staff.. something you don't get at the big box stores. Truly helpful staff but not pushy. I always go here instead of some of the other hardware stores around because of the astonishing customer service.

I like that customer service was awesome and I will be back. I didn't find what I was looking for but they did attend to my needs and now days you do not get good services like this. JOB WELL DONE!

Smaller Ace than I'm used to, but they had what I needed, helpful staff is a big plus!!

Good selection. Decent prices, although a little high compared to the big box stores. Great customer service, and they have two shop kitties running around, which is fun.

Wonderful store. Has all the parts I need, with curtious employees. Everything is clean and maintained, from the landscaping to the eisles. Would recommend!

Woke up to a leaking Hot Water Heater that finally gave out. The Ace staff were super helpful in finding me one that would fit the awkward small space in my mudroommeasurements provided. They delivered within the next hour and I was able to get everything fixed the same day! As a first time home owner and this being my first HWH issue, I was completely overwhelmed but the associates taught me a few things and put my mind at ease. I’ll be ready for the next time. I love this place. I've purchased plumbing and electrical elements, various tools, yard tools, and gardening supplies. The staff are friendly and very customer service oriented, everytime I visit. The staff will either locate an item, or offer to order it, if l can't find what I need. I also like scanning my ACE rewards card, because then they call me by name; it makes me feel welcomed. Though I'd venture to say they'll know my name, by my face, pretty soon; I visit often. I especially enjoy poking around in the sale aisles and bins. For example, l purchased 240lbs in 40lb bags for $10 today. Lowe's used to be my #1 go-to because of the military discount; the only draw back of ACE, because they don't have one , hint hint ACE. Thank you ACE hardware, for making everything so EASY!
