This afternoon I purchased the AllerGeena Hamburger buns at the Portland Food Co-Op and they are *the* lightest and best on the market. The size is hefty, but they are not dense, so using them for the BLT I made was perfect. Wonderful product!

Best pizza crust you can get. And they have them right at Willows.  You  wouldn't even know it was gluten-free, it's so delicious. Thank you for making it!
