Alligator Mobile Home & Rv Park

Seems like a nice community with nice people. Our dog ran away from home and we ended up here because one of the kind residents found her and took her in until we were notified and came to get her. It seems to be clean and well maintained.

Stayed here at a last minute request, great customer service, large sites and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed from 12/29/22 - 1/2/23 with our 32' travel trailer. Spot was concrete with concrete side pad. A tad tight for backing in, but once set it was PERFECT. My wife and I would walk our 3yo hound throughout the park a few times a day. The residents and guests were the absolute best, very friendly and welcoming, very clean and well maintained park. Very pet friendly. We were only there for a few nights but this park has an amazing sense of community!! We will certainly be back, Loved it.

We have enjoyed each day meeting new friends. What a wonderful location and great facilities.

Can not wait to be 55 and live here!! Beautiful clean neighborhood. People are so friendly. Pool is fantastic. Bathhouse is new, clean and very nice. Has a library, large mail room and laundry room is fully equipped and very clean!

Just drive through. The area is a bit run down, but so are most places in Punta Gorda that have age to and/or survived hurricane Charley. Nothing a little tender loving care wouldn't fix...

I have lived here since 2003. This park has spacious streets and the residents are very friendly. It has a brand new large pool and clubhouse. Lots of activities in the winter months for you to do. We live on a RV Lot and enjoy the best of southwest Florida without it costing a fortune. I have it made in the shade!!

Very nice place, people are very nice. They have everything you would want to do here. Outdoor pool, water exercise, movie night, library with books,puzzles,wifi. Mail room dog walk. Everyone treats you like family. We were only staying for a month but we liked it so much we ended up staying 2 months. And we will be back next year

Love this place. People are so friendly and watch out for each other. There is always something to do if you want to. Very reasonable prices. We have met many lovely people

alligator park is an outstanding Park. It's close to all the things to do in Punta Gorda and Charlotte County. It's not the fanciest Park but it is so well maintained. The shower / restroom facility was immaculate. The office staff was very helpful and courteous Beyond expectation. We had a great experience there. We hated to leave.
