They were able to accommodate us last minute over Easter weekend so that was amazing! We are in a school bus tiny house and some times have problems getting in places and not any issue here! We absolutely loved it here!! Everyone was really friendly, the staff and the residents. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars cause it's prett tight next to your neighbors but didn't mind we also booked a site that said it was 61ft but it was more like 45ft and our bus is 40 ft, so it was tight. We would definitely definitely stay here again if we ever pass through. Oh and the laundry was way affordable, that was great!!
We are love it here. Very clean and nice the pool is great so are all the spots. Full hook up and the spots are pull through.
Our favorite. Easy location off I-75 X161 on Burnt Store Road in Punta Gorda. Convenient to Publix Gorcery, WalMart, Home Depot within walking distance. 3 miles to Punta Gorda downtown, 18 miles south to Cape Coral, 20 miles south to Ft Myers. Quiet park, great staff, friendly guests. Mostly pull through, perimeter back-in, A time club house and pool.
I had reserved an Elite site for a week stay here and arrived only to find out that the manager changed our reservation to a Standard site and to one that would not accommodate my 5th wheel. He also accused me of putting the wrong length in during my reservation. I have a 37’ 5th wheel that I’ve owned for 3 years, why in the world would I only enter 29 feet when making my reservation. My guess is he either made something up to CYA or he looked up my old thousand trails pass where it showed my old camper, however I didn’t make the reservation under that account so not sure how he figured any of that out. He totally plays games and this place is not trustworthy at all. Very poorly managed! Look elsewhere because this campground is not reliable.
Considering hurricane Ian had hit less than 2 months before our visit, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. Internet was spotty but was being worked on. They had gotten a lot of rain up to the day before we got there do our spot was pretty muddy. They did have landscaping crews trying to fill in and level out the spaces. Stafff was helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at this RV resort with our children for Labor Day weekend. It was quiet, super clean, and organized. Their pool and club house are great! The club house has a beautiful varanda with water view. So peaceful! We definitely recommend it.
Nice quiet place to stay. The lots are nice size lots but they have a concrete patio pad with dirt/sand to set up in. The utilities make it very difficult for big rigs to get into the lot. There is a pool and spa, shuffle board, bathroom and showers. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our stay. We will likely stay here again.
We been to this campground last year, February 2022. We got the 93A LOT. BAD SITE. It is just next to the road and trucks past there all day and night. A lot of traffic. A tight spot to backup too. The pool is near this road too. Don’t take lot 1 to 23… it is just behind the fence, of this road. The internet is horrible even if you took the pay internet. Very bad experience. But Encore was kind enough to let us stay at another camping Encore, Foresthill , Zephirhill, in middle of Florida.
