Using a client’s health history, physical examination, and laboratory tests, we identify which body systems and organs are imbalanced. By assessing the body structure and how it functions at a cellular level, we determine the root cause of physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral complaints.
Through nutrition, enzyme therapy, and lifestyle education, the client makes changes that enable the body to heal itself.

After receiving her Registered Nurse license, Kristyn Madalinski, RN, worked her first ten years in traditional medicine.
After receiving a diagnosis of depression, starting medication, and being told she would need the medication lifelong, she started researching the disease. She discovered an integrative medical approach to depression and underwent alternative medical treatment. Within six months, she weaned off her medications and has been thriving ever since.
That event changed the course of her career and she has practiced in the alternative medical field for the past ten years. She has received training under holistic practitioners and has been a health and wellness coach for thousands of individuals. Her passion is to unlock health and wellness by finding the true cause of chronic disease and symptoms of illness. Her Digestive Health Specialist certification in enzyme and nutritional therapy at the Loomis Institute in Madison, Wisconsin, enables her to do just that.
She also has raised a child with sensory integration disorder, has a nephew with Asperger’s syndrome (both Autism Spectrum Disorders) and has spent many hours researching and treating forms of this disorder. She realizes that this disorder, like many other chronic conditions, has symptoms that can be improved with nutritional and chemical balance in the body.
