No career growth unless you want to be a manager, low pay, very political "good old boys" club, management will not support you or stand behind their own direction - in IT we're told to deliver minimally functioning products but once delivered mgmt expects them to be highly functioning and high performance.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that as a Wisconsin retiree I don't need to purchase Part D Medicare. They even offered to refund me the higher copay that my Part D carrier charged me for Jardiance.
