The food at Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie is terrific with excellent rotisserie chicken and huge tostones. The building is easy to find and there is a large parking lot. The service inside the restaurant is a bit disorganized and the interior is small with there charcoal pulled on their bench and large service tracks crowding the area in front of the counter. Otherwise I would definitely get lunch from here again should I be in Sanford.
I forgot to take picture of my tacos. The good: The chicken was amazing. The green beans were good. It was neat and clean. The somewhat bad: It was pricey. Meal was almost $19 for Lunch. It was not busy so I thought it would be quiet. I needed to use WiFi and make a few calls. The music was so loud I had to step outside to make phone calls. I would definitely eat here again when I didn't mind the noise. Overall good experience I just aim to give accurate reviews.
Always a great meal at Fabe’s! The chicken is amazing, the Jasmine rice is always perfect, the sides are awesome and the homemade purple corn drink is delicious! The sweet plantains and the yuca fries are my go to’s. The sauces are off the chain too! A must try!Food: 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie, and it's safe to say that this restaurant left a lasting impression on me for three key reasons: exceptional service, a fantastic location, and absolutely amazing flavors. First and foremost, the service at Fabe's is top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm to make my dining experience exceptional. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always willing to offer recommendations. Their commitment to ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for truly sets them apart. The restaurant's location is another highlight. Situated in a prime spot, Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie offers a wonderful dining atmosphere. Whether you choose to sit indoors or enjoy your meal on the outdoor patio, you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space. The proximity to other attractions and the ease of access make it a convenient choice for locals and visitors alike. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the amazing flavors of the food. Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie is a treasure trove of Peruvian culinary delights. The menu features a mouthwatering array of dishes, each bursting with authentic Peruvian flavors. From their perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken to the flavorful and tender beef dishes, every bite is a journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Peru. The use of traditional Peruvian spices and cooking techniques creates a truly memorable dining experience that lingers on your taste buds long after the meal is over. Whether you're a fan of Peruvian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Fabe's is a culinary gem that delivers on all fronts. The combination of excellent service, a great location, and unforgettable flavors makes it a must-visit dining destination. I wholeheartedly recommend Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful dining experience that celebrates the vibrant tastes of Peru.
The spicy chicken bowl is where it’s at. Fresh food-and not heavy on your stomach-it consists of queso fresco, lettuce, diced tomatoes, spicy shredded chicken, rice and beans. A savory meal. Great flavor, enough spice and really delicious. Note: Sorry for the half eaten photo-I literally decided to write a review midway through my meal. Side Note: This place always has a really clean women’s bathroom.
I love eating here, they have great food and great service. Fast serving. The people there are friendly and let me tell you alpaca gets all my money lol I’m there at least 3-4 times a week yummy.Food: 5/5
The prime focus of the restaurant is the wood fired rotisserie chicken. You can get a 1/4, 1/2, or whole chicken, as well as several dishes made with chicken or other meat such as steak and pork. I have been there a couple of times and tried a few different things. I was particularly impressed with the flautas and would recommend them. The black beans are nicely seasoned and make an excellent side choice. I would also recommend trying the sweet plantains. You order at the counter and get a number flag to take to your table. Seating is plentiful. There are a couple of bars where you can get sauces and condiments onions, limes, etc. The cilantro sauce is good, especially for those who aren't into hot sauce, which they also have. I took my wife, who can be hard to impress, and she gave it a thumbs up and said I'll go back. She tried the tacos, getting one steak, one pork, and one chicken. The steak was the best of the three. Parking: There is an entrance at a traffic light that makes getting in and out of the location easy.
Went for the rotisserie chicken and was not disappointed. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, the chicken was juicy and tender. The madoros were a great side as well.Food: 5/5
