"Our recreation area in Big Bear Lake offers family fun activities year round. The world-famous Alpine Slide is Southern California's only authentic bobsled experience where you control your speed down two 1/4 mile long tracks. In the winter, we offer snow tubing with a covered Magic Carpet ride to the top- no walking! The Soaring Eagle offers panoramic views backwards nearly 2 football feeds, then soar down at 26mph. In the summer there is a refreshing double Water Slide. A Go-Kart track and 18 hole mini golf course are sure to entertain. New in summer of 2020 is the Mineshaft Coaster, the first and only mountain coaster in CA! You control your speed on a mile of turns, dips, tunnels, bridges and corkscrews along the mountainside."

Great place to do a variety of things with the family. From the slides, the coaster, water slides, zipline, video games, and food court. Be aware, that if you tried to do everything in a day, you may spend more here than you would at Disneyland. But, if you're looking for some fun in the mountains, this is a great stop. We went on a Sunday, I'm sure Saturday's are much busier. There isn't any entry fee, you pay for each individual ride you decide to participate in. So it's nice in that aspect especially if you're on a budget or just want to do a quick ride on one thing and move on.
Very fun. It's one of the best things to in Big Bear. However the prices are very steep. Like Seriously, 12$ for a short Zipline Like experience and the coaster was also highly priced. Though it was an enjoyable experience that I think you should go if you can afford, just keep in mind that if you do most of the activities with a family it can get very pricey.
This place is an absolute blast! In my honest opinion, the mine shaft coaster is a must if you visit Big Bear Lake in the warmer months. It gets a little pricey with paying separately for the coaster, alpine slide, go karts- but it's worth it.
This is a great place for the whole family to enjoy. Our family consisted of the grandparents, kids, and grandkids. There was something for everyone. The activities were reasonably priced. I think they should have a wristband option where everyone can do a little but of everything rather than buying tickets for everyone for every activity. The grandparents went on the alpine slide and really enjoyed themselves, and the kids rode the coaster. The mini golf attraction wasn't opened when we went which made some of the package deals not an option. We went on a weekend where it had snowed the night before so it was fresh soft snow. Not too many food options available but some snack options. Parking can be difficult later in the day. We saw quite a bit of people waiting for spots to get into the lot as we were leaving. It's best to come in the morning. All in all, great experience. Would love if you made areas for families to sit or maybe designated watching areas to see our family members come down the coasters and slides. A lot of the snow was tall and made it rather difficult to spot til they were at the end of their respective rides.
Wanted to go here on our visit to Big Bear because of all the great attractions and great reviews. It was snowing and the only attraction open was tubing. But that is the one thing we wanted to do as we didn't go skiing or anything. It was so much fun! The hill was just the right size and was exciting. I went about 4 times! The kids loved it! The price was about $10 more then should be, but I'm cool with it. Will have to come during the summer next to experience the other attractions!!
The staff was so nice and very accommodating of our special needs daughter. No big crowds, but huge fun for the family!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$16–20
We played miniature golf and though the course is very compacted into a small space, the holes were challenging and fun. We were the only ones playing, otherwise, we might have hated it. But being the only ones, we enjoyed it. The facility is a little run down looking and not exactly clean looking. Some of the staff look a little sketchy too, but the staff were very nice and helpful. I think this place is fun if hardly anyone around.
My kids had lots of fun we were there on February 2nd. I just forgot to post I was looking at reviews to see if they reopen after the big snow storm that hit Big Beat we're planning on going this weekend March 17 again.
It was a nice and different experience in big bear. It’s a 2 hours experience, or maybe 3 depending if you are eating there. It’s not expensive also.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$11–15
