Experience was great. Price was cheap and still made a good time. I had no issues with the park itself. I just think staff needs to be more observatory. A family member of mine was being racially targeted. I think this issue should be addressed. In the dodgeball area a young girl was being picked on by a group of teenagers. No staff went to stop it.
This was our third time at Altitude. The first two times we were there for birthday parties. They have two party rooms, which are given exclusivity for your party, and they also have the option of tables that can be set up for your party, overlooking the park. As much as kids love bouncing/jumping, this time mine fell in love with the the Beam Battle and the Rock Wall. They also played Dogde ball for a while and didn’t even bother going to the basketball area, going right back to the Rock wall. It’s an hour of intense fun and this place have plenty of options of areas to play. They charged by half hour, hourly and the biggest advantage for our family was to get the $60 pass, which allows us 6hrs of fun. They also have a $90 pass, but I didn’t pay attention for how many hours that’s good for. First timers need to fill out a waiver, so prepare to go 15-20mins in advance. Also important: kids have to wear their specially made anti-slip socks $2/pair. You can bring those back any time you revisit, so keep that in mind so you don’t have to keep buying them. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located in a plaza where there’s also a supermarket. This quickly became a favorite place for our kids and we’ll be returning. So far all we had was good experiences!

Nice, very open and clean. Lots of kids having fun, my two year old was a little young, didn't quite get the concept and for the $$$ we'll probably wait a while before we go back again. Loved their website too!

Great place for kids to burn off energy. Large facility with an incredible number of trampolines. Has climbing walls, foam pits, basketball dunk area as well as dodgeball areas. Food and drink prices are very reasonable with a decent selection. Tons of parking. At times older kids can over-dominate areas. Staff stands around mostly and talk to one another vs. Walking around and monitoring what is going on.
We had a joint birthday party yesterday and the staff was wonderful. Our party host Joey was very attentive and proactive, my girl tripped and when he saw us sat down on the trampoline he brought over an ice pack without us asking. Our party ran a little over time and the staff helped us move our party to a table outside the party room so we can finish having cake and we were not rushed at all. Definitely recommend having birthday parties here!
I'll take my kids here a lot to let lot off some steam. I found that letting them jump for an hour is a good amount of time. They usually can't last longer than that. We've had birthday parties there and go to events on Friday nights. They always have a great time. It's hot so don't wear a big jacket. Bring water with you.
Good experience but it seems like they've let it go a little bit really dusty, foam pit blocks chewed up
My kids loves this place staffs are always friendly with kids as well
