I am very grateful for the services provided at Alvarez Funeral Directors. From the beginning of the process Susan was very kind and informative. Lourdes was extremely helpful and supportive through our difficulties we were experiencing. I wish they would hire more staff so some small details wouldn't be overlooked but overall nothing major. Susan and Lourdes are wonderful. They work very hard to get things done on time and are very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this place.

Funeral director Susan Alvarez has to be one of of the most compassionate person I've ever met her emphaty towards family of loved ones who have passed is incredible.
Through the years I've been at Alvarez Funeral numerous times for family and friend's funerals. I don't recall ever having heard of any complaints in all of the times I've been there. Then came the day when we needed their services for my mom's funeral. While we didn't use their chapel for our funeral service, their pricing was very reasonable and affordable. Susan took care of us and our family from the time we walked in to make the arrangements to them time the mausoleum was sealed and closed. She was so empathetic and caring that we felt as if we were talking with family. She made a very difficult time in our lives much easier. She drove the hearse, directed our family in removing the casket, helped with the setup and offered words of comfort throughout the day. Susan was very easy to work with and very understanding. I highly recommend Alvarez Funeral Home to anyone looking to have a caring and highly professional funeral home.

The experience was good in the beginning with Susan Alvarez Funeral but we had an error on the death certificate and it has been 6 month we have not gotten our death certificate of our love one ,very unprofessional.the way she handle matters , blaming and being argumental with customers ,,its about getting the job done and moving forward, this is not issue who is right or wrong.. People have business to take care and at the sametime grieving for their love one..Susan Alvarez customer service is unprofessional , if she is overwhelmed dealing with people then she needs to retire... first time for everything but I will never recommend her funeral services to anyone . Unsatisfied customer..
I've been to many funerals in my lifetime, there was just something so warm and welcoming about this funeral home! Everything was set up so beautifully, the director Susana was just an angel! She made my family feel so at ease during such a difficult time! And that's not an easy job for anyone and she did it so gracefully!! I highly recommend Alvarez funeral home and I will definitely be using Susanas services in the future.
