Our family was planning on using Andersen Morgan for the cremation of our father who was in hospice and we had multiple calls with their staff on what the process would look like when he passed. Our loving father passed last night may he forever rest in peace. The hospice nurse comes to confirm death and call Andersen Morgan to pick up the body and nobody answers the phone. We tried calling about 10 times over the next 2 hours and nobody picked up, we tried texting, looking on their website for an email or any human being to contact and we were unable to get in touch with anyone. We had to change our plans while freshly grieving our dad to another funeral home. A full business day later and we still have not received an apology from their staff. If you are planning a cremation, burial, or services for a loved one, I suggest you look elsewhere.
They had did a great job by guiding my family through the process through our time of grief. They had taken the time helping explaining the process of what to expect their service. They had did great job with my dad, he looked absolutely handsome. Thank you Anderson Morgan funeral home for your services. I would recommend Anderson Morgan funeral home to my family and friends.
The personal es very compassionate, professional and understanding. My father-in-law last wish was to be laid to rest in his country of origin, the funeral home made all this process easier while the family was still grieving for him. They are people with great hearts that treat the deceased with dignity while giving the families the support that they need to go through this sad process. We are so thankful that we picked them. Monica and the owners are very good people. Monica also speaks Spanish which is another plus. Thank you very much Anderson Morgan Funeral Home.
They have nothing but helpful in helping to make arraignments for my grandmother's services. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, informative and accommodating. The director came to the home to get gram's body, since she was on hospice and he kindly asked if we had any questions before they remove her and offered more time for the family to say their goodbyes if needed. The time allowed for service/wake is generous and prices are competitive; not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I want to thank Veronica, her husband and the rest of the funeral staff for their professionalism and compassion. They are very, very accommodating to your needs. They have the most affordable rates and in my honest opinion they have the BEST customer service. When my grandfather passed away in April 2016, they were very generous to our family and we are forever grateful for their services. We have since utilize their services and they continue to provide excellent service. I read a comment regarding issues with dropping off flowers and our family has never had this issue. In fact, we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are very communicative and you can call/text and they respond in timely manner. We have also used them to transport body out of the country and we have had smooth transitions. I will continue to be grateful for their excellent services and continue to recommend them. Gerard Morgan was extremely kind, caring, and went well beyond the services I hired Andersen Morgan Funeral Home for. Even after all was said and done, I needed more help, and he didn't hesitate to be there for me. He was a blessing to me! I highly recommend their services.
I want to thank Monica for making the process very simple and keeping me aware and up to date during everything. Not only were they affordable, but very sincere and it made the process of remembering my grandmother and having a memorial very much easier than expected. Thank you all for the work you do! I came to deliver flowers for a family who wanted the flowers here. The funeral director jarad Morgan refuse the flowers. It got to the point that he was swearing at me on the phone it was very unprofessional. To the point at the flower shop that I work will no longer deliver here. The receptionist was incredibly polite but he was not. I will never deliver here again or recommend this funeral home to anybody
My husband passed away on 5-31-20. I contact Andersen Funeral on a 6-2-20 and Monica since the very fist contact she was helpful and attentive by proving all the information needed. Always available and had an answer to every question I had. Very helpful and I believe that most of all very understanding. As you all know we are going through difficult times with the Covid-19. Other funeral homes were giving me a very hard time and they seemed overwhelmed with work and even making me upset to the point that I would end up crying. Monica instead gave me her full attention and to this point answers every call very politely. My husband's wake was 6-7-20 everything was how I would have wanted to be. Since my husband had all his family in Mexico they were able to provide a transmission of the ceremony via their Bormann Funeral Home websitesame owner. Maybe in the very near future they can just have it directly through their own website address. Everyone in Mexico were able to view the ceremony online, and were very happy that they were able to say their goodbyes to my husband. It really felt as if they were present. This service can definitely be improve by increasing more light in the room so it can look less dark when it is been recorded live, just a few people told me about how it looked dark. I don't know how new this live recording is in the U.S but definitely it was truly appreciate it that they were able to provide that service. No extra cost! At other Funeral homes they are charging at least $80 dollars. My husband remains will be sent to Mexico, therefore I am still waiting for the consulate's office to give us the Go! It is not up to the funeral how fast that can be done. But do let me tell you, they take care of all the paperwork that needs to get done to make this possible. I will come back to this review and let you know what happen after that so you can have an idea of how lengthy it was, hoping is not. I am very optimistic. Andersen Funeral Home and staff, your are doing a very excellent job! And I thank you dearly for your hard work and dedication.
