Extremely accommodating for allowing myself and other family members to put things in the casket before the end of the visitation. However, during the visitation there was little privacy, a lot of patrons still entering the facility and walking past my family grieving. They left the stand that was holding a set of flowers so we were unable to properly place the flowers at the cemetery. Additionally, they closed the casket 5 minutes before the end time which prevented loved ones from seeing the deceased family member who arrived later than others. Lastly, music choice was traditional gospel music, it would be best to maybe have instrumentals playing or white noise.

Staff was very accommodating to our family from my grandmother's visitation. Owner checked in with the family often and ensured everyone who visited followed COVID rules and regulations.

Well it’s been over 10 years and I’m ready to speak my truth … fountain is a crook , he steals money from family’s without them haven any knowledge of it, my lil brother passed years ago to me the service was horrible his ear was chipping while we came to view the body one last time the experience was horrible I still think about this everyday I dont recommend anybody to use him

This funeral home is not right. Please choose another company. Please pay close attention to your bill. They will add items and services that they either have already charged you for or you will not be providing. I am currently in the process of suing the funeral home because of the service I received. They notarized a document and signed my name without me knowing and submitted that information to my insurance company for payment. We never discussed final costs.

I RECOMMEND THIS FUNERAL HOME TO EVERY PERSON I KNOW THAT HAS THEE UNFORTUNATE NEEDS OF THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. I’ve BEEN TO ALOT OF FUNERALS AND I PEOPLE NEVER LOOK THEY WAY THE DID WHEN THEY WERE LIVING, I HAD TO BURY MY MOTHER RECENTLY AND I WAS DEVASTATED BUT SEEING HER LOOK AS IF SHE WAS JUST TAKING A NAP GAVE ME ALL THE COMFORT!!!!!!THANK YOU MR. FOUNTAIN AND YOUR ENTIRE STAFF

My mother in laws body was entrusted to them and an excellent job was produced. They are very courteous and kind.

Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone they are very disrespectful to the deceased as well as the grieving families. They don’t follow COVID-19 city regulations. They have ridiculous pricing and the owner is very sarcastic and the wrong time.

I was unhappy the way they did my family member we have his body at church and there was magnets coming out of his nose and mouth that come from leaving the body out and not having the body in the frezzer

I was referred to Jordan Shepard by my Pastor and they took very good care of my family when we buried my grandmother
