I took my granddaughters to a matinee today, which by the way was enjoyed by all. The one star reflects AMC Theater pricing, not the movie content. I had purchased a Fandango gift card a while back, so I used that. It was for $25, and I still owed $2 and some odd cents. When we arrived, we ordered popcorn and drinks for all three of us. That alone was going to be $58 Plus. I almost fell on the floor when he told me that! That is twice what my tickets to the show cost. I explained to my granddaughters that we would not, I repeat, not be going back to the theater! That is ridiculous! If this is to be an event for a family to attend, it is Out Of Reach now monetarily for this type of family entertainment. I can watch the exact same movies on either Netflix or Prime video. I do not have to watch them in the theater. AMC and other theaters have priced themselves entirely out of sight. No thank you ever again!
Upon entering facility I was very disappointed, worker coloring in a book,I proceeded to ask a question, his demeanor was horrible as though I'm interrupting him. Staff behind counter was very unpleasant and lack customer service. Furthermore, the heat was not working in theater #3, which was very uncomfortable. Better actions should be in place by management and entire staff.
Ît's a movie theater. We do not often go out to the movies. But they were playing a great movie - star Kirk Cameron! ... AN HE WAS THERE!!! The theater is clean, pleasant. When another great movie plays, we will go there again.
Great theatre! Everyone was pleasant and professional and the place was very clean and comfortable.
Bought tickets to see Jaws in 3d to celebrate national cinema day, arrived and abruptly told the movie is "broken" no explanation of what was actually going on, informed that a refund should have gone through but if I wanted to confirm I would have to wait in a ridiculous line for the concession booth, no notification that the movie would be canceled prior to me wasting my gas and time to go to the theatre. Very disappointing that the movie was not able to be seen and extremely dissapointed in how it was handled.
Past its prime. Been twice and probably won't go back. Floor is sticky, funky smell, air conditioning inconsistent, soda fill station was dirty, and previews we're inappropriate for the movie we went to see.
Sadly, this Theater was very dirty. As we took a seat, there's was bags of garbage on the seats, armrests sticky, floor full of garbage. The bathroom sinks not functioning both male and female water all over the sink. Air-conditioning off...very suffocating. Visit on Sept. 4.
The only theater in Spring Hill, with current movies always on. The building is kept very clean and well maintained. Staff is always friendly. Ticket prices are reasonable, even without the AMC membership. The food is pricey for what you get, but absolutely the norm for a movie outing; can't complain. The flavored popcorn is especially good.
This particular theater of AMC is kept clean and is staffed with people that are so friendly. We enjoy coming here for our movie viewing!!
Comfortable seats, good food and a good snack selection, but it off the five times I have been here, I've had to ask them to firms the lights off every single time. It's the only theater I've ever been to where they leave the lights on for the previews, and then sometimes seem to forget to turn them off for the movie.
