Large theater, nice variety of food options. Several theaters and very large rooms with comfortable seats. Friendly staff. Lots of parking available. Standard AMC pricing. They have several late shows, which is great because I Love going to late shows. They also had a security guard in the entrance of the theater. Crowd was cool. No random yelling. Clean theater too.
Theatre was clean, great Classic inside with theatre foods and candy, self serve icee machines, a bar for adults. Theatre seats are very comfortable, cushioned couch style that lay back. Everything was great other than the price. I feel $90 is too expensive though for 2 adults and a child with 1 popcorn, 3 icees.
Large theater, clean , food variety, the most comfortable seats . I always bring a small blanket with me because I get cold.
I've been coming to this theater for over 5 years now and it's truly great. Always great customer service and very courteous and nice. The chairs are comfortable and the screens are nice and big. Never had any sort of issues here in any way. 10/10
I have been going to this theatre for a long while now. Lately, I have been more disappointed with the uncleanliness condition of the drinking areas. The last five times I have gone, both of the ICEE Machines have tasted off, prompting me to just throw my drink away. I have been rethinking going back here at all… I do really hope the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the theatre improves soon.
My favorite place to see an amazing movie. After two years going back again and the the same service to the customers the best.
Ample space, Many of the seats in the imax rooms are broken making the experience kind of sad but mostly everything else is ok
Best theater ever. Nothing like siting on a recliner to watch a movie. All theaters should be like this. I drive past 4 theaters before getting to this one. Plenty of parking. My family and I love it.
Terrible, I left my wallet at the theatre, last showing so the odds are it's still at theatre where I was sitting. Arrived next morning to check manager would not let me in before opening, by this time any of the employees or people entering theatre could easily find it. Who knows if they decided to look see if there was cash before allowing me in. I told them theatre number and seat where I sat down. Not helpful at all since they were all in there already, shady if you ask me. It would take 3 minutes to walk in and check! Nice theatre, poor customer service, with all the people in there one could have walked with me to theatre one and assisted me for 2 minutes.
I loved my AMC movie theater before the pandemic; clean, friendly, inviting, and lit when the movie has not started. Well, all that has changed. We walked in to a manger speaking harassly to an employee about not to push the pushbar on the door; and she was the same employee that would check us in. What a way to start her Saturday morning! Walked into theater 12 dark really dark only the light from the commercials, thank goodness for our cellphones. Maybe the manager should have looked into the theater having proper light ON instead of worring about the pushbar on the door. A customer locked out for a few minutes is not as serious as a customer tripping or falling in a dark theater. I hope the young lady employee had day. Thank you for reading.
