I want to say Julie at this branch was very helpful in a check I messed up on, and want her help recognized. As well as all branches, except Hawks prairie branch mgr there, she is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever encountered since my time with ACU. I’m a signer at my job and I signed a check at this location and the teller refused to except this check as well as the branch mgr. I had another payroll check with my signature on it and they excepted that one. But since I signed the one and then not knowing I was a signer refused to do so. And then told me, if I would of signed the check at my work it would of been okay. I said what’s the difference if I sign it there or here and wdnt call my job or the bank I’m a signer on to resolve this.
Raul Valverde has great customer service So happy with the assistance we got today. He was very friendly and welcomed us with a friendly smile. Keep up the great work!

I have been a member for 10+ yrs . I have never had a issue with my accounts here. I recommend this Credit Union over a bank any day! I am always happy with the service of ACU . The staff do everything they could to get my concerns done. Thanks to the lady who served me today, she is always very pleasant and cheerful.
My credit card was compromised and blocked. I went to my branch and was told that they are getting new machines and can't make new cards. Neither can any other branches. I can travel all the way to Du Pont next week. It will take over a week to get one mailed. In the meantime several automatic withdrawals will be denied. Great way to do business.
Lisa did a wonderful job of opening a new account for my brother. We are thankful for your effort. We always feel secured at the Spanaway ACU branch. May God bless everyone.
