Ruby helped me wire money for my house, it was her first time but someone guided her through it. They were very friendly and the branch is extremely clean and nice inside.
They would not provide any services to non members. When I did have an account they overcharged on everything and constantly charged overdraft fees for an account that never dropped below 5k. Avoid like the plague. Only bank of America is worse
The drive thru is ridiculously slow. No other branch has this problem. I do not understand why everything is so slow here!
I’m giving them 3 stars because usually everyone I interact with is nice. But, going through the drive through is ALWAYS so slow! Every single time, it never fails. Waiting in line 20+ minutes is absolutely ridiculous. It’s the only location I noticed that has this problem. I’ve never seen more than 1 teller at the window.
*editing YEARS LATER* staff is still wonderful! Even through Covid! But 5 years after I moved to spanaway, this branch has done nothing to redeem itself. It’s amazing to me how people who are so great at customer service have ZERO ability to move without molasses in their blood. I know people always say stuff like this, but I seriously was teller, then supervisor, then personal banker at another branch…for three years. I know 100% how it goes in there and I’m just done…DT is supposed to be a quick and easy service. Cashing a $75 check took 17 minutes today. Unreal. The staff is wonderful...5 stars worth! But it is SO SLOW it’s almost unbelievable. I generally try to avoid this bank because a single withdrawal can mean a 20 minute wait in the drive through...when there’s only one other car. Idk if they just need more tellers at one time or what. But it’s exhausting and maddening. *EDIT* 5 months later and I’m just extremely unsatisfied. I changed my 2 star to a 1 Star. I am currently in drive through with my three children. I literally gave the DT teller $100 cash, asking for $60 in 5s and $40 in 1’s. I’ve been here for 14 minutes so far and am still waiting. I’ve been the only car in drive through the entire time. I hate leaving bad reviews, and me not coming here anymore won’t make a difference, but I just can’t afford to waste my time in what is supposed to be a convenient/quick way to bank.
Love the customer service at this branch. Karnell was always our favorite but since he moved locations we enjoy seeing Cher. This is the first bank I've used since I prefer credit unions. I've now worked with this location for over 2 years and have yet to regret that decision. I think it's the people behind this location that make it so great.
Horrible serivce, I've been here multiple times. Never had a problem until today. Each time I would go here there would be friendly service, however Heidi was not. I was looking for help and got nothing but attitude and arguing with Heidi. She was very disrespectful and rude. She kept on to continue to try and argue with me. What she was even trying to tell me made no sense. She would say things then continue to say she didn't say them. Do not go here nothing but negativity and frustration. I would give this place no stars, I'm considering ending my business with this bank.
The worst banking experience ever. A family emergency came up and I have never had such horrible time with bank employees in my life. They Need to stay in their lane. Gonna file some kind of complaint
