We live in Mount Charleston and there was a natural disaster a couple of weeks ago. I have been trying to get a delivery, my wife has tried 3 times, and Clark County Emergency management has even tried. The call center will only talk to my wife and even then we cannot get delivery. Tomorrow I start talking to other suppliers. Enough.
The drivers and delivery guys have always been great, and very professional! The scheduling windows, though, are very long, and you never know when they will show up. Unfortunately, it’s not the driver’s fault. But they should be able to give you a day and a time or at least a time window on a particular day not just “sometime next week” and you’ll be expected to be there and available to give them access with 30 minutes notice.
I have asked to be put on monthly deliveries. Almost 2 months later I had to send notice that I was at 18% and over a week later they finally filled my tank! Worst customer service in the industry. Will be switching when my prepay is up!
The worst customer service I've ever seen. Try calling "billing" if you have a question; you'll be put on hold forever & ever. Call as a new customer and you'll get someone almost immediately. We been waiting for a refund check for 2 months now and have call 3 times. They always tell you it'll be mailed soon, ha ha!
Six weeks of going back and forth before getting delivery and they were paid up front 500.00
Horrible!! Please save your money and your family.. I've been without propane for over ten days now. Made a order on the 17 of December and they gave me a order form for Dec 18-26 of 2022 I have called repeatedly to get someone out here to fill it. Even twice today and the same thing we will get out there. Absolutely horrible I was a loyal customer to them until now.
Horrible customer service! Don't use this company! Been having ongoing problems for the past 2yrs. Showing up without calling first so I can make to sure to have our gate unlocked and very late deliveries! Can't contact anyone without talking to someone out of the country. We are in the process of finding a better service provider this is unacceptable! We've been with company for going on 20yrs and it's customer service is getting worse as time goes.
Terrible customer service. Zero stars. Missed delivery because of locked gate. I was promised a text the night before next delivery. Did not happen. I emailed corporate and they promised delivery the next day. Did not happen. I called their call center and was promised delivery the next day. Did not happen. My tank is at 5%. If you want broken promises and an empty tank use Amerigas. I will be cancelling my account, setting their rental tank in the street, and hiring a local company to handle my propane needs.
Awful company. I have been calling and calling and calling for service, refill my tank. I requested service on 12/28 it is NOW 1/11 and i HAVE NOT heard any status of service to my home!! More importantly, I am now in the RED!! My tank is showing us at 8 percent and in the RED. I have called over and over and over no result!! I keep hearing the same excuse!! "I will request expedited service for you and you will get service within 72 hours." Really??? Hmmm, lets think about that one. I am at 8 percent!!! I'm in the red. In 72 hours i will have no gas!!!!!!! I will look elsewhere for a propane company who is COMPETENT.
If you are a retailer don't use their service. This are the worse people to do business with. Three years with them always had bad service but this holiday season made it worse. My store manager was on hold to talk to a live person for two hours last week , this is about 10 days later we still didn't get our refill. Whole Thanksgiving time we had no propane to sell. I am going to discontinue the service with them as am writing this.
