Took 2 hours to offload. Large docking area but overrun with Knight trailers who are not good at moving trailers! Nice people, restroom and coffee!
Honestly they have the lowest price in the whole city. Yes I know their is an annual fee of a couple hundred dollars but it is totally worth it. You can get a 5 pound bag of Mexican shredded cheese for $10!! That is insane!!
THANK GOD I MET SOME KIND EMPLOYEES AT THIS SAMS CLUB WHILE TRYING TO FIND OUT IF I CAN LAWFULLY OPEN CARRY IN THEIR STORE. THANK YOU SAM'S CLUB FOR ALLOWING ME TO BE MY COWBOY SELF. IT FELT AMAZING TO FEEL THE FREEDOM OF OPEN CARRYING WHILE SHOPPING AT YOUR STORE! THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH AMAZING AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES!
Love the early 8am entry for premium members and the drive-up grocery service. The gas is cheap too. The store itself is big and has a cafe. Lots of variety of items. Sometimes they have cheap stuff on clearance and they will return anything anytime if it's Members Mark brand. Love the Scan as You go feature as well.
I had a front end service manager tell me a carpet cleaner could not be returned because it is considered electronics and would fall under their 90 day policy. I checked the web and it falls under appliances. Poor customer experience and the misrepresenting the facts all because I don't normally go to this store. I was going to purchase a queen bed set up but don't feel comfortable or confident in Sam's Club.
It was my very first visit. I became a club member. They have great buys for large families, groups and just things to keep in stock. Next time will bring my reusable bags instead of looking for boxes. It was an extremely busy store yet it wasn't so crowded that it was overwhelming.. I like they have an option to have things delivered if I can't get out to the store.
Heike was awesome! She was very quick with helping me. I went on a very busy day, the day before Thanksgiving, so there was a ton of people there but Heike was very nice and caring! She was not trying to rush me off when she was helping me even though there were still other people that needed help, she was able to attend to everybody and not make anybody feel like they weren’t being paid attention to. She has awesome customer service, and really made me feel like she cared. She can definitely light up a room with her caring and friendly spirit
Let me tell you something, this Sam’s club has some excellent customer service in De Andre! He was helping out pick up services and I didn’t even read the time really for my pick up, I was about an hour early. They hadn’t even begun on my order. I told him I would wait and just nap in my car, background: I’m a social worker day in and day out helping families/kids get the services they need and a full time student and I was EXHAUSTED. Not only did De Andre go and pick my order, he did it with such a kind demeanor and smile on his face. He made my night and really, I can’t be more thankful! Thank you De Andre, you are my superhero!
Great prices. Best place to get diesel in town. Don't go on the weekend cause it's full of zombies who walk around aimlessly with no where important to be. The best is when you get behind 3 large families shopping together and they want to break up there orders and pay with different ebt cards that they don't know how much money they have on and then there regular bank cards doesn't work cause they forgot the pin then they have to sit and discuss who's gonna pay for it and how they'll pay them back. At this particular location the food court never has seats available and all the sodas are just carbonated water that need to have the syrup box changed. But they have good stuff for good prices so the money pinching side of my brain makes me go here and fight the insanity. If I have to be honest I'm not really happy shopping anywhere and this always affects my reviews. I have a busy life with things to do and places to be and that never works well with places that have good prices cause they are always busy and the people just Anger me cause nobody cares about the guy behind them who really doesn't have the time to deal with someone so unprepared they don't even know how much money they have on there ebt cards and can't remember there debit pin. For the love of God people, if you read this review, please have those details ironed out before you go shopping.
Worst food court ever who ever is the manager should be replaced. How is it possible to run out of everything except hot dogs at 6pm when open till 7pm. And this is not the first time this has happened. As a store manager I look at how much sales I am losing and future sales because I will stop coming because you are always running out of food. I've never seen this happen at Costco
