I would Never use Zippy shell again! They were to lazy to get my other container from the warehouse, so we sent the items with the nice guys who packed our 1st container. BIG MISTAKE! They threw everything into the container, and went it arrived it was all damaged. After going through the claims process they said it was our fault for not giving the movers more moving materials, even though the packers never used the materials provided and were in the container when it arrived. DO NOT USE THEIR PACKERS/ MOVERS. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF AND BLAME YOU!!! NO INTEGRITY Only gave them a one because I had to.
I'm career military and move constantly. This is hands-down, no contest THE BEST moving company I have ever worked with. The owner worked directly with me, the team showed up well within their estimated window, I gave them a quick overview of everything, and they got right to work. Their wrapping and attention to care for my belongings was absolutely unmatched by any company I've ever used. They were incredibly efficient without being sloppy or careless. My move included about a studio apartment's worth of furniture and belongings - they were in and out within an hour. Insane!! Ok, if you've read this far, there was initially an issue with my scheduled move but as soon as I called, the owner took full responsibility and addressed it immediately and effectively. This company has integrity and followed it up with results. I couldn't possibly be happier and I wish I could use this company for every single move I do in the future.
We had Zippy Shell move us locally in Henderson. Dan and his crew were Great! They show up on time and begin work immediately, they are fast, careful and respectful. The move could not have been better. If you need movers, you have found the best.
Best moving company in Las Vegas. The crew was on time, professional and friendly. The owners really work hard and you can tell how much they truly care about their staff, their company and their customers. Move was truly simple and seamless. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an easy, breezy move. Also, I loved that they always answered their phones. No call centers! And, their customer service manager called to give me a friendly reminder and follow up call to make sure everything went well with my move. Hands down, the best moving company and moving experience that I have ever had. I would definitely use them again if I have to move in the future. Thank you Zippy Shell making my move experience easy from start to finish.
Could not have asked for more professional service from the time of the first call to the actual move. Brian was always quick to respond and willing to offer additional advice in regard to coordinating a move. Zippy Shell loaded our two pack rats with all of our household goods and furniture quickly, but with great care and the movers could not have done a better job. I would recommend Zippy Shell to anyone needing assistance with a move or packing storage containers.
We used Zippy Shell of Las Vegas for our recent move from out of state. Brian was great to work with and kept us updated. Sean and the three other movers I wish I had their names! that moved us into our home were very professional, quick and helpful. They even set up the beds, asked if everything was where we wanted it before they left and were all in all great to work with. We can highly recommend Zippy Shell of Las Vegas.
Brian, the owner of Zippy Shell called me soon after I requested a quote. I've been dreading my move for the past few weeks because I have a sauna with glass doors and was worried about it getting damaged. The guys he sent, John, Danny and Eddie were fantastic. They were on time, super respectful, and delicate with my belongings. They knew how to take apart my sauna and will be able to put it back together once I find my new home. Such a relief!! They were able to pack my Zippy Shell to max capacity in 3 hours. These guys were hard working and not lazy or careless with my stuff at all, which I've experienced in the past with other companies. I am so relieved that everything went smoothly and I am honestly impressed with their work ethic. I definitely recommend checking out Zippy Shell for your next move. I will update my review again once I have everything delivered from storage to my new home in a few months...
Definitely recommend!! I can not say enough great things about zippy shell and their entire team!! Bryan was so helpful and nice and was able to plan my move for exactly how and when I needed it. The 2 gentlemen that moved my upstairs apartment did an incredible job!! They were so respectful, quick, and efficient! They moved everything into my new home and brought up a large item I needed upstairs! I can’t thank them enough for making me feel comfortable with them handling my items! Great job!
I don't normally write reviews, but I have to for this Company. I moved last Thursday, and not only did the owner call me prior to my move we had our times mixed up, and he accommodated the new time change. The movers showed up about 15 minutes prior to the move, dressed professionally, and ready to tackle my 3 bdrm condo. You can tell these guys are a team. Kudos to Lafayette and Dan for a seamless move with a touch of humor made the 3.5 hours breeze by. I received a call from the owner Brian on Friday to see how everything went. A1 Customer Service I have already referred them to my friend, and I would definitely use them again. Thanks Zippy Shell!
Nice and fast crew loading but the worst packing job imaginable. Receiving end said they would have been fired for the terrible loading and packing job. Loading crew used excessive packing and wrapping supplies and over charged greatly for the supplies. They tried to charge for new wardrobe boxes with bars but the boxes were well used and had no bars; they used them to load smaller boxes to make there loading job easier then tried to charge for 8 picture boxes and only used 2. Zippy Shell didn't honor the delivery dates and always was apologizing, but continued to make excuses. They knew the schedule for months but still failed deliver in a reasonable time. We were warned about using the cheapest pod type movers; now whish we had to not used them. Promises not delivered. Had several items damaged, thanks to our excellent packing we didn't loose more. Like many companies, they use nice spoken and well trained people to schmooze you into believing they will deliver on their promise but in the end you will be sorry.
