Great playground for the kids
It's a decent little playground, but the trails are the real stars in the park. There's a really big, covered pavilion with picnic tables, and several benches and picnic tables outside the covered area. The playground bathrooms both have changing tables, and close at 7:30pm. There's a bottle filling station/water fountain/pet water fountain outside the bathroom here. They even have a public work station for bike repair and maintenance! Very well-appointed and well-maintained - good job, Macon Parks Department! Totally earned their Knope Award! **NO GRILLS ALLOWED**
Not enough handicapped parking spaces. This park should be "age friendly ". Open to people of all ages and made accessible to every person with disabilities.
One of the best parks in town. Expansive trails and great places for kids to play. Good for bike riding, tubing, or canoeing.
We had a great time. Called friends with toddlers that joined us. Safe equipment. Multiple slides and benches.

Everything was great, kids enjoyed it a lot... Only drawback was the trash that other visitors just left strewn across the grounds... I was proud of my kids for picking up a lot of what they saw and placing it in the trash bins
