This is a nice rv park. The owners are super nice and work very hard to keep everything clean. Does it have all the fancy amenities of a "RV RESORT ", no but these are things that my wife and I do not use so we are very happy to not have to pay for something we don't use. Super economical at just $250 per month. We could not be happier!
Love this place. Quite and orderly. The owners are friendly and helpful. The ducks are a nice change of scenery.
Great little peaceful RV Park! Been here the last 3 months and really enjoyed it! The park owner Chrissy is so helpful and easy to get along with! The park also has 3 washers and dryers. A small pond and lots of ducks. Plus they are constantly trying to improve the park by bringing in more rock. We will be coming back! Also very inexpensive for the area!
quiet place, roomy. clean shower and bathroom. Chambers county is very rural around there. This is a place you'd want to stay long term for work local I the area. Nothing else in the area except the Anahuac fort park and a really nice dairy queen. We stayed in a 36 foot 5th wheel for the weekend. Nice residents there. Owner is nice. Grounds kept trimmed and clean.
This place is great. Nice and quiet. Restroom and shower were so clean. The ducks. What a sight in the mornings. So beautiful.
My Son Blake Seems to like it here and the Ducks at the pond are Awesome..... Just don't let them talk you into giving them any food or they sure act like it's Quack and keep coming back lol
Awesome people Mrs. Christy is a very sweet understanding lady! I love this park. Stayed here 3 years ago and it's still awesome! It's laid back here. It's great bc you're not right up against another rv like the other parks in the area.
Very nice, quiet place, great people, has nice scenery and a great pond with lots of ducks and a walking path and lights all around that look pretty at night. Management was always very friendly and maintained everything well.
The individual that ran the campground couldn't be a nicer more congenial person. The condition of the campground couldn't be more abysmal. I realize they have no control over the rain but little if anything has been done to keep the campground presentable. Roads in terrible shape.
I helped my grandson, Denson, move his camper out, the whole while having property cameras turned towards us. Worst experience at this mobile home park. They infringe on your human rights, invade on your privacy, and make false accusations. This happened the entire time my grandson and his wife lived there. Terrible place, operated by terrible people.
