Management and owners I met are cordial and very professional. The two lady's who work in the office handle business and they care for the people who live in the resort. From my understanding, I know the management team and owners, who both care about the people who stay there and they definitely don't want any do everything to accommodate residents. I love these people and they are truly like family to me.
My husband and I lived here for almost a year and it was wonderful. The office lady I cannot remember her name for the life of me was so sweet and customer service oriented. After we moved out a package was accidently sent there by a family member. Not the RV park's fault whatsoever, I get that. But I did call to inquire to see if it could be sent back with the postmaster and returned to the sender. The new office manager, Angela, was seemingly willing to help the first time I called. She signed for the package in question so I know it was in fact delivered. My Aunt got the notification as she requested a signature and Amazon reported to her that Angela was the one who signed for it, they documented this by name. Angela said she would call me when she was able to figure out how to get it back to my Aunt, which I do appreciate. She took down my phone number. After not hearing anything for a week I called to check on this. She acted as though she had no idea what I was talking about and nothing was on the table with my name on it. She was fumbling over her words when I asked about their procedures for sending items back. Her story kept changing and I got frustrated. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I told her if she was the manager she needed to figure out her customer service skills because how she was acting was not ok. She was rude, abrasive, and dismissive. The package never got back to my Aunt. It was a gift card. I'll leave it at that. I wouldn't trust the people that work here again. I hope no one else gets taken advantage of for no good reason. You can tell when Angela responds to reviews on here too. She is rude and accusatory. Super unprofessional!
Have lived here a little over a month. Yes there are issues with the laundry facilities but the new clubhouse and laundry facilities are about finished. This along with new pool and hot tub. The park is very very quite and a great place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful. You would be hard pressed to find a better value for the buck. Update: A lot has changed in the last 5 years. Pool, clubhouse, laundry room, dog park, propane purchase on site and now beautiful cabins for rent. The park still remains very quiet and professionally run. If you are here for business like I have been or just pleasure you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

I traveled to Crystal Lake Rv resort for a client of mine, I'm the owner of Stars Mobile Wash and Detail, to clean the outside of his Rv for him. This was a very neat, clean, and well kept small Resort. They have small rental cabins like tiny houses, they were so cute. They have a pond in the very back, well kept up, no trash anywhere. Beware of the alligator in the pond tho....there's only 1 now, but I'm afraid of them so I warn anyone who's inquiring about the pond. Very well kept up!!!!

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. They do not care about people that have disabilities. They will tell you they don't have to go by the federal law they tell you that it's their way or the highway and the guy that runs the place is a total mean person. If you rent from this mean person then you're not much of a person yourself because he's got a lawsuit being filed as a Monday morning because the law states that if you have a service animal you're not allowed to be refused service this is a small dog one day I will own his business and wait till he gets shut down because I'm calling everybody in the state of Texas and the federal government to tell him that he's not King!! Not a smart person running this business because they don't know what the law is they're one of these that's probably thinks they're above the law!
Friendly staff. They keep the grass cut and park clean. You can set your trash out during the daytime and they will throw it away.Service: 5/5

Would like to say thank you to our managers, Michelle and Brooks who have gone above and beyond to provide a great customer service. I've been here for 2 years. I've seen many managers come and go. Brooks and Michelle treated this park as their own. They assisted the owners in so many improvements. This park has continuously been progressing thanks to them. During the snow storm, they were incredibly compassionate. They kept the club house open all night so tenants could stay warm. We have two new pavilions around the pond with beautiful grills, the pool is cleaned appropriately, the club house and shower house are always very clean. The park is very kid friendly. The doggie park is gated with a water station. They always welcome new ideas from their tenants and push for them. We have a lot of new people who are just getting used to the community, but I promise you, as u get to know ur neighbors you will see that everyone is always ready to lend a hand. You are never alone in this park. We become family quickly. We will miss our managers. Good luck in your new endeavors. Hope to see you again. P.S.
