Houston East RV Resort is a well-maintained, gated resort that offers a variety of sites, rates, services and amenities.
Our rates are as follows:
Nightly and Weekly rates: All nightly and weekly sites are spacious pull through, shaded sites. They are full hookups and will accommodate 30amps or 50 amps at each site. The nightly rate is $44 per night. The weekly rate is $219 per week. Included in the rate is electric, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi.
Monthly rates for our Pull-Through sites: The monthly rate for our pull-through sites is $500 per month and is collected on the 1st of every month. Theses sites are full hookups and will accommodate 30amps or 50 amps. Included in the rate is, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi in the commons areas and at most sites. Electric is additional at 12 cents per kwh. Meters are read on the 28th of each month and due with the monthly rent no later than the 1st of each month. (Monthly rent is prorated when your reservation is made till the 1st of the next month.)
Monthly rates for our Lake-view Back-In sites: The monthly rate for our lake-view back-in sites is $675 per month and is collected on the 1st of every month. These extra large sites have 3 parking spaces, a patio with table and chairs. They are full hookups and will accommodate 30amps or 50 amps. Included in the rate is, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi. Electric is additional at 12 cents per kwh. Meters are read on the 28th of each month and due with the monthly rent no later than the 1st of each month. (Monthly rent is prorated when your reservation is made till the 1st of the next month.)

Theses sites are full hookups and most sites will accommodate 30amps or 50 amps. Included in the rate is, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi in the commons areas and at most sites. Electric is additional at 12 cents per kwh. Meters are read on the 28th of each month and due with the monthly rent no later than the 1st of each month. (Monthly rent is prorated when your reservation is made till the 1st of the next month.)
Rental Units: We have a variety of rental units that range in price from $500 - $1000 per month and include, electric, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi. (Nightly and weekly rates are also available)
Resort amenities and services include:
Pool, 24 hour laundry facility, restrooms, showers, Wi-Fi, cable, gas grill, free air, dog walk area, community fire pit, basket ball court, horseshoe pits, complementary at site propane pick up and drop off service, drop off wash and fold laundry service, local mobile RV repair services, local at site RV and vehicle wash/wax service.
A few requirements that you should know about: Houston East RV Resort is an adult oriented park. School age children are permitted to visit up to 10 nights but are not permitted to stay as a long-term guest. We are a pet friendly park, however, we do not permit pit bull type breeds or any aggressive dogs. We ask that each guest take pride of ownership of their RV, meaning that it should look good, and be in good working condition. No fema trailers, no window air conditioners, no tarps, and outside items should be kept to a minimum.
