Beautiful location overlooking the marina. We stayed in a suite which had ample room, nice bathroom space and two walls of slider doors overlooking the marina. Customer service was fast, reliable and super friendly. They have complimentary bike’s you can ride around and beach chairs which was nice. Small beach maybe a 10 minute walk away. great for watching the boats coming in and out. Great location to shops and restaurants. We walked around the corner to Tugboat’s restaurant for dinner which was excellent. They have complimentary teas, hot chocolate, cookies in their lobby and study areas. The morning breakfast set up was beautiful. Nice size pool and much space for seating outside on the patios and fire pit overlooking marina. Very happy with our stay!
I have been staying here usually a couple of nights a week for the last several months. When I can, I try to get room 106 with the jetted bath tub, does my arthritis wonders! Awesome staff, bends backwards to help, and the cleaning staff is impeccable as well. Well worth staying here, great views and close to about everything!
Wonderful boutique hotel experience, with super location and service. We were able to walk to town and to the high-speed ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. We were on a family vacation from California and booked both suites rooms 220 and 210. GREAT rooms with a view from the deck of an active harbor. Highest recommendaiton!Rooms: 5/5
Complained twice about the noise upstairs and both times we were told "they were on it and will speak to the guests making the noise". Never happened. Noise until about midnight and again around 6am. People literally dragging chairs back and forth. I understand that this is beyond the control of the staff since they are also paying guests but at least follow up instead of hoping that the issue would go away. If you plan on being the people making the noise then I highly recommend you stay here but if you are looking to rest after seeing the sights look elsewhere.
Anchor In has professional staff . The inn is clean, bright and a perfect respite for family with loved ones at Cape Cod Hospital. Love, love the library with the leather chairs and fireplace & and as a counterpoint, the balcony overlooking the harbor, even with a brisk chill on the air!

Wonderful hotel. Older but nice and well taken care of. Warm and inviting public areas with the living room and fire pit. Location can’t be beat for views of the bay, access to Main Street Hyannis and the ferries. Try and get an end room or one of the rooms facing the bay. Ours was on the side and it was nice but the others had a more complete view. Friendly service and nice to have a small breakfast selection as well as snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the little library; drank hot chocolate and played board games one afternoon when the weather wasn’t ideal. The fire pit at night was very nice and the view of the harbor is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
I can’t say enough about this place! Everything was perfection. Immaculate property! I was staying because my husband was in the local hospital which was a stone’s throw away. It was very relaxing to decompress at the fire pit and watch the activity at the boat launch and the ferries come and go. The staff was very professional and pleasantly accommodating. I would definitely stay here again but hopefully not because someone is in the hospital!
