This place and its team care greatly about their hotel and customers. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was immaculate and I personally observed the management checking the pool water daily. I couldn't recommend this place strong enough.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful place! The rooms were spotless and the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is right next to a cute street with lots of restaurants and shops and the beach is just minutes away by car! I would love to stay here again and suggest it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place.Rooms: 5/5

This little hotel was perfect for our stay! We could walk to all the shops and restaurants, has a great restaurant and bar next door also. You could tell they had recently remodeled and it has a great little kitchenette and small balcony. Pool is indoors and looked nice but we didn’t use it. Great space for the price!Rooms: 4/5

The staff here are so helpful and nice. They were very attentive to our every need. Very good deal for what we paid if you're looking for something fancy and ultra modern this is not the place for you. Unfortunately due to covid there were Some restrictions and the hot tub was closed but that's all understandable considering the current climate. The location was great if you like to walk into town and not far from the bike trails and some great hiking through the cranberry bogs.

Super thin walls. Old metal spring mattress on a metal bed frame with a metal headboard. Very uncomfortable and very noisy. Our room was clean but there is no linen or cleaning service during your stay. If you want clean towels or sheets you have to pay extra. And theres a musty smell in the room. Our air conditioner leaked all over the patio making it unusable. And we were surprised at the amount of smokers allowed to have their cigarettes at the entrance doors rather than a designated spot. The location is great but that was really the only positive thing we found about this hotel. Also, The address on Google is incorrect. It takes you to main street instead of North street. The hotel and signage can't be seen from main street so if you've never been here you will literally drive in circles looking for it.

The "resort" location can't be beat. The rooms were comfortable and kitchens were nice. These facts may have earned the resort a 3 star rating. However, bedding and towels could have been nicer. The gutter downspout was broken from the building and rain water poured over the side of the building right outside our door. It was very loud and the water was several inches high and almost entered our room! No one was concerned. The worst part is the severe case of hot tub folliculitis that my husband came home with. He is the only one who got into the hot tub and he is covered in this nasty skin infection. It is caused by an improperly cleaned or maintained hot tub. Upon calling the resort to let them know, they simply informed me of all the ways they maintain the hot tub and/or pool. Again, little concern was shown. Maintenance and safety seem to be an issue they are not concerned in dealing with.

My emotional dog was there until the new owners took over! Had a doctors note! We could have went to the updated room, but I will take a tent over my dog. Can’t talk to them, the President is useless at that time share. The reception people don’t listen. So they just want to suck money on the BLUE zone!!Service: 1/5
