Sooo glad we chose Andersen for both the product and their professionalism. We had an initial site visit as our home is an old converted building and the installation was potentially quite complicated. Jordan came to survey and came up with a brilliant way to get the charger where we wanted it with the minimum hassle and visible cabling on the outside of the house. Jordan and Shaun carried out the installation on the day and were both really lovely, careful and caring individuals. They kept us informed all through the installation and the result has exceeded our expectations. The charger itself looks great, the visible cabling is minimal despite the fuse box being at the opposite end of the house to the charging point, and it all really blends into the house really well which was important as it is a listed building. Also, Jordan and Shaun left the house tidier than it was to start with. :- Will definitely be recommending Andersen to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much!
Charger looks high end and great when works. App is awful and has been for months. I suggest you look at the reviews for Konnect+ before considering this product. Without the app working properly, the unit is effectively useless. Please sort it out, I would certainly not recommend your charger at the moment.
Porsche recommended this product. It has never really worked and the engineers have had to replace numerous parts over the year is been installed. Since the bankruptcy there is no customer support whatsoever and I'm left with an expensive wooden box that does nothing. Going to replace it.
Zero customer service support. Be warned, should you need some support you will try but fail to reach anyone by phone and they simply don't reply to emails. I wish I had not taken Porsche's advice and opted for Andersen. They are clearly not fit for purpose
Pleasant people to talk to, but after 6+ months trying to get quotes I'm giving up! Initially contacted them, as Porsche recommended, to get Porsche chargers installed. Took a long time for survey, then a very long time for overpriced quotes. Sadly, they went busy and Evios taken over. Reached out to Evios many times but email and phone, never come back to me. Escalated to Porsche, got a call the next day...Trying to arrange another survey, a real struggle to actually speak to anyone.... Finally, a survey very polite, knowledgeable and efficient engineer on the 23rd Jan, promised a quote with a day or two.... Guess what, despite many calls / message I am still waiting... Was promised quote last Friday or Monday 13th Feb at latest ... and nothing. No wonder they went bust!
After ordering an Andersen A2 car charger during 2021, I was very pleased with the speed of service and quality of work with the installation. I did encounter a problem, which after some investigation seemed to be related to the proximity of a public radio transmitter located in our village which caused RF interference with the A2 charger. It took several visits and some joint investigation work over around 9 months for us to find a solution to the problem, but I was impressed with the the Andersen team's persistence to try and resolve this issue. Jordan especially, who performed the original installation and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue was brilliant, being professional, courteous and supportive throughout. Everything with Anderson and my order to installation as been brilliant. After placing my order online, I received regular updates on its progress. Anytime I have spoken with the company or engineer, all staff have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would like to give a special mention to Alan, the engineer who installed my EV unit. He was courteous and professional throughout. He confirmed the appointment the night before, arrived on time, respected my home and family, and did a perfect install. I thought I was very meticulous when it comes to cable management and a tidy install, but Alan took it to another level. He exceeded my expectations with a tidy installation and really took pride in his work. I will certainly use Anderson EV again in the future should I need another EV charging point.
Very professional team from the booking stage to the first engineer's site visit to the actual installation. Always on-time, polite, helpful, knowledgable and a smart-looking product that works really smoothly with the app to charge the EV. And a follow-up with our Electrical Installation certificate and offer to help with any post-installation questions. They are busy as you would expect so you do have to push a little for an appointment but it's worth it for the service and delivery. Thank you Andersen EV team.Service: Electrical
