Zero stars. Talked to a Cristi for a week and a half and she promised repeatedly to take porta John’s to our job site. Unreliable and flat out lied to me on multiple occasions then didn’t contact me. Now I’m in trouble with my boss bc I’ve lied to him telling him i took care of it and I’ve got 20 guys showing up and no toilets. Do not use.
Very bad communication. Rude and very disorganized. Wouldn’t even have rated it a one star, but there wasn’t an option for zero stars
It was delivered on the day I needed it October 22 , 2weeks later and no one has come to pick it up .I had it placed in front of my car port and now it’s has me blocked out to where I can’t park my truck. I called and no will respond to my call
Made an appointment for a port-a-potty and a hand washing station to be delivered for a Saturday birthday party a week in advance, then confirmed again Thursday and AGAIN Saturday morning but when it came time for the drop off, I couldn't get a hold of anyone and no one has bothered to get in touch with me.
Cleanest smelling porta-potty I've used.
They never showed up after being scheduled way ahead of time.
