I canceled my membership two months ago and they never answered my calls and are casually never at the office, yet they charged me a full years membership, voicemails and nothing. Don’t trust this place.

Incredibly, well run gym with a great group of members. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local gym.

Until this issue is addressed this will remain. There is nothing wrong with the facility itself or the people who work here/run the business. However there is a group of younger adults that come in around 6,7,8 and 9. Who are obnoxiously loud and over excessive. Im all for anyone who wants to lift heavy weights but please be quiet and be aware that other people around you dont want to hear you make noise. Its also a shame that some people pay a membership but these kids let all there friends in for free, i would understand if you know they payed the 5 dollar fee but when you let 7 plus in and none of them pay? You have to be kidding me.

For the price, you cannot beat this gym! In New London, you cannot beat this gym! Don't show up expecting some fancy grandiose facility and you won't be disappointed. The staff is wicked nice and the equipment is great condition.

Never had such inconsistency and lack of response out of a business. Tried calling for two weeks during January while they had a $1 signup promo. Finally tried again in February and spoke to a man finally to get pricing details, apologies and the promo still guaranteed. Stopped in later that day during g the hours he said they be staffed and AGAIN - no one there. This week finally got a hold of someone again and was told by a woman that everything the first man said for pricing was wrong, I’d be charged a lot more and that’s that. I’ll never join their gym after all of this complete BS. TRAIN YOUR FN PEOPLE, Anytime. BE TRUTHFUL, INFORMED AND BE PROFESSIONAL. None of these I experienced. I will continue to workout at home until I move.

love this place I'm a member here I travel all over the United States they seem to have one everywhere I go makes it very convenient I would recommend if you are a fitness buff please try them out you'll be amazed everywhere you go they have one

Lots of equipment, open all hours which is excellent if you want the place to yourself. Three separate workout areas, trainers, fitness classes with a beverage bar to relax at with friends after class.

Well run gym with good equipment

Convenient location with great gym in good condition.
