I had a great experience I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was very busy but every single Apple employee was smiling and felt like a great vibe. I did have to go up to someone to ask for help but totally understandable due to how crazy it was in there. They helped me right away and now have a working phone. thanks again to all the employees for all their hard work
Apple never disappoints. I went there to change the band of my Apple Watch and was helped by Milan. She was very kind, professional and proactive. She offered my the possibility to have it shipped home or to go back to the store to pick it up. Great service, marvelous crew!
Walk in - with my toddler and husband for his device. They set up an appt but it wasn't for another hour. My toddler starts getting restless and I'm thinking of a plan B, when two awesome toddlers and their amazing father come over and started playing for at least an hour or more. Not one staff member interrupted or so much gave us the side eye. I understand that this is a business and not a playground and this wasn't expected nor do I think it should be the norm but my daughter and I had a ball. Thank you for creating a safe, warm and welcoming family friendly environment. I will forever be loyal to this store and their flexible staff.
Upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 14 plus. Patrick was fantastic. We were waited on within a few seconds of entering and the purchase and update was completed in under 60 minutes.
Came to the store to have my phone looked at. Made an appointment. They said I made the wrong type of appointment. Unable to make a Genius Bar appointment on my phone made me wait. 45 minutes. It’s ridiculous.
Olga, she was so helpful. I’m assuming she was new, but initially I couldn’t even tell. I wasn’t having the best day, but she definitely helped me with my issue in the Genius Bar and also, she made my day a bit better. I’m not sure she knows the impact she had, but Olga! Thank you! God bless you, you’re an angel.
Came here to get my kids IPads serviced - wasn’t too crowded got here first thing in the morning Gets busy early my son and I walked around checked out the latest products and when we were ready to be helped WE WALKED UP TO A WORKER FOR ASSISTANCE. I read a review from someone that stood in the store watching people being helped but waited for someone to come to her and she had an appt. Apple workers aren’t on commission they are hourly employees that are there to help- it eliminates customers being overwhelmed and pressured into sales. I am in sales so I know- I was pleased with the customer service and the technician that checked the iPads. He fixed one but sent the other away to be fixed. But ended up getting a replacement because it was beyond repair at no cost to me Thanks to Apple Care which is always recommended I live in Philly but will always come to Cherry Hill Apple for ALL of my Apple products:-
I had to get my phone fixed here and the workers were extremely helpful. Specifically the worker Jake , he walked me through what was wrong and how they were going to help . I really appreciated their patience and helpfulness
Maybe I went at the wrong time but I wasn't impressed. I walked in and waited a few minutes to be helped. No one greeted or offered help and they had 3 people helping this one lady. I stood there and waited and watched more people come into the store and were helped right away and I'm still standing there with a baby and a teenager. If my kid didn't want an apple device so bad we wouldn't bother with Apple again. Once I went up to someone who was one of the 3 helping one person I was able to get directed to where I was supposed to go, since we made an appointment. The tech guy we had was great and super nice. But my initial experience ruined it for me.
If you’re coloured they treat you like a thief in this store. The comment below by Jarred is true when he said they are rude and don’t care. This Cherry Hill NJ Mall store is just that. I recommend Sagemore. I’m an Apple customer who was always treated well at Apple, Sagemore, Marlton NJ. Beware of Cherry Hill. Afro diaspora community, they really don’t want us in their Cherry Hill location. The manager Jason is the worse & the rest of them behave just like him. One of the reps told me he’s not touching my Iphone. What a racist thing to say when he work with phones all day.
