We had a great experience here. We bought a bed last year and decided to return to purchase a new sofa. Dave Lee was our sales person. Very helpful and did not play any normal “sales person” games. We ordered a beautiful sofa at a good, competitive price. We will be returning to Dave for our next purchase in a month!

Andy Rodriguez my sales rep was FABULOUS!!!! He explained everything to me, he was super knowledgeable, and he answered all of my crazy questions. He followed up with emails and he was able to get me the best deal possible!!!! My couch will arrive in about a month and I’m super excited!!!! Andy thank you for taking excellent care of me!!!!

This was a beautiful store with very social pleasant workers. It was such a simple and convenient experience. A.j. helped us out with picking the right arrangement to fit in my small apartment. He was beyond excellent. Thank you very much for letting me browse with peace and convenience to spice up my home!

Had a very pleasant experience at the Ashley Furniture Store in Cherry Hill across from the Mall. Went there after having gone to a few other Stores including the Ashley Homestore in Delran. Was assisted by Ariel who was very professional and wasn’t pushy at all. She was very attentive to my wife and I, was available each time we needed assistance with measurements, in stock availability etc. Will definitely go back for our future Furniture needs.

My experience with Ashley furniture was totally wonderful I really appreciate my sales person Victoria she was warm friendly and she knew her stuff I really like Ashley furniture and I would recommend each and everyone of my family members there but only if they have Victoria because she makes you feel appreciated.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat from Ashley. After looking at several furniture stores, we were impressed with the options at Ashley. Vicky, our sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Save your money and time. This store sold us the protection plan for our dinning table. We got some scratches, they took our table to the warehouse to "fix" it when it was returned the table was worst they use a different sealer so the table didn't match the chairs and on top of that everything you would put on the table will get marked even the placemats. When I called to complain they gave me some excuse and didn't do anything. Then my table started bubling and when I called they said my plan didn't cover bubling so my protection plan was voided! I called different numbers from ashleys until finally I spoke to a gentleman I explained the situation long story short the money I paid for the protection plan he gave it back in store credit. So here we are I'm trying to use the store credit and it turns out there's no store credit because my table was "fix" and plan was voided. I've spent several hours on the phone for weeks on multiple occasions to get this resolved. I just give up. They lied to me, took my money, took forever to get back to me and the last person I spoke to aka MaryRose was rude and hung up the phone on me. I don't even think it's worth trying to call anybody else at this point.

From the moment I walked in the front door Everyone was so helpful, my sales person Danielle Menon gave me one of the best services I’ve ever had she took her time & displayed unlimited patience… I’m going to recommend to all my friends and family to go see her if they’re looking to purchase any furniture
