I had the pleasure of speaking with Celeste today, and I must say, her assistance as a call center supervisor at the dentist's office was truly exceptional. Not only did she answer all my questions for my Aunt with patience and clarity as she’s at an older age, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that she felt comfortable and well-informed. Celeste's professionalism and empathy shone through during our conversation, making a potentially nerve-wracking experience surprisingly pleasant. I take my children here and I love how clean and friendly they are. The dentist makes sure you know the treatment plan and what's expected. The staff is friendly and quick to answer all your questions. Free red balloon that my kids love. Truly a family friendly place great dentist for the kids coming here for almost 6 years.
My daughter had a Procedure done here at apple dental that was done under general anesthesia. The whole crew was great love and appreciate all they did. I was a bit nervous but they took good care of my daughter!!! Recovery was smooth also ! Thank you apple dental thank you for your patience that you had with my daughter!
Bad service! Took my son due to molar pain and specified this issue when I called them. On the day of the appointment, they only did an exam and cleaning. They did not took care of the main problem. Worse thing is that they gave him an appointment until January 2024. They saw the issue was severe and decided to literally have his teeth fall on his own. Second time I go and they treat us so bad. Billed insurance as if it was the only thing the care about.
Helem was so nice and kind when I walked in with my son! Greeted me and asked me how my day was going! I recommend this dentist, has the most welcoming people ever!
I am truly happy I found this place! I recently had a procedure scheduled for my son and I live pretty far from this place mind you a 45min turned to 1hr 1/2 due to traffic which made me late me being frustrated by this I still got to the clinic and the were very accommodating did not give me a hard time and still saw my son. And even though they lost 30mins of the appointment time they still did everything soo fast and got me in and out and were soo good with my son the whole procedure ! That not only gave me relief but also made me happy that the staff was so kind and so good with everything. Definitely recommend this place!
The best pediatric dentist experience!! I absolutely recommend it to anyone. Our initial visit was with Dr. Salazar, and she is the type of doctor that takes her time to answer all your question without making you feel rushed. Dr. Misti took care of her dental procedure and was super professional and patient. Both appointments were assisted by dental assistant Johanna, who also played an excellent role with outstanding customer service and knowledge of all policies and procedures. I’m so happy to have my daughters smile in their hands. RECOMMENDED!
Im redoing my review, only because I wrote the first one while I was very upset. I went from one star to 2 My son came with teeth problem he was 3 years old and needed three crowns, he ended up getting 8 more because when he was sedated the dentist recommended he should get them. i didn’t get to see why she would recommend I wasn’t allowed in the room and the assistant came to tell me. I wished I would had done it differently. Once treatment was done, they handed me my child. Without the dentist speaking to me afterwards. I wish she would had gaven me more time to talk with me about his treatment and what should be done.. how it was CRUCIAL TO FLOSS or was a MUST I wasn’t instructed to brush three times a day and floss two times. They were not detailed, yes most dentist clinic tell you to brush and floss, but this location didn’t, they do everything so fast. That they don’t realize the importance of why it’s best to take their time with the patient. They took X-rays they don’t take good ones and said everything was fine, after I would tell them his gums bleed after I brush his teeth. And they said everything was fine. Why would they say that, when he wasn’t fine, he had gum disease because I wasn’t flossing, I told them I’m struggling with the flossing, they could had gaven me more knowledge of a waterpik and how it works. But they didn’t. Because everything in that office is done so fast and that’s not good. The dentist did OKAY, I hear good things about her, but what I would recommend is taking your time instead of rushing. He had a lot of cement stuck to his crowns, which led to irritated gums and not being able to heal properly.
We were referred here to have my 8 year old daughter go under for fillings, extractions, and crowns, etc. our case was moderate, which I thought was severe. I was nervous, my daughter was scared. We both didn’t know what to expect. Of course I didn’t let my daughter know I was worried Having the play ground there to play on, was absolutely amazing and helped with so much anxiety , she would have felt other wise. My daughter is fair skinned and blonde hair anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable when pointing out, with out me stating, that fact. then I knew she was in good hands. Sometimes my daughter can be very dramatic, It helped her feel so confident after having fun before going to lay in a chair to be put to sleep. They made me feel better explaining everything. A gentleman grabbed my hand and laid in on her, which made me feel more comfortable. I was really nervous with the “may cause death thing” The anesthesiologist was amazing. The pediatrician dentist was great on keeping me calm and walking me through everything. Within the hour my daughter was awake and ready to go home. Had 2nd adult walk down to the Walgreens as recommended a few stores down to get Motrin. We drove home for about an hour and a half and she was back to normal. No more complaining about the pain. She had a setting with another dentist under laughing gas, was a bad experience. I would def recommend this location. 2 hours later eating but trying to get use to it. But not even noticing or making an comments about all her work done. so I my self and Maybel, both greatly appreciate all the doctors and staff on my daughters case today.
Took my daughter here today for an extraction they really work quick without trying to being so abrasive/rude. Didn’t get the Dr’s name but he was really nice. It’s hard working with kids but they did a great job.
