Apple Wholesale is a electronic wholesale corporate distributor for retailers and individual clients and was established in 1989 and officially incorporated in 1990 in the state of Michigan. Our company is based in Anchor Bay Harbor, Michigan of the United States but maintains a vast customer range world wide. Formerly a physical retail store, our company opted to become a strictly internet based company due in part to the technological boom of the early 90's and 2000's along with significantly increased sales volume upon taking our business to the web. All products displayed on our website are authentic direct from their respective manufacturer. and all mobile devices are all factory unlocked and factory sealed. All devices come with a minimum of 1 year manufactures warranty (Apple Care+) and 1 year international warranty and come with their original accessories. Also per company policy and for security reasons, we do not disclose stock images or client information. We do not sell used, broken or cloned models.

Ended up going here to take on my iPad pro, the service up front was pretty good but there wasn't much organization and when I originally called in the lady that answered the phone was horrible. Her answers were super vague with a dash of attitude. Must of been overwhelmed because of how busy it was but for sure would chose another apple store of this one in the future. The store is located on the second floor of the twelve oaks mall.
My husband and I visited this store yesterday. We ended up having to purchase new phones after moving over from out of the country. We had a 13 Pro and Pro Max which were purchased in the UK and not compatible with cell carriers in the US. That’s a disappointment to begin with, but that is on Apple as a global company, not on the Twelve Oaks store. We were advised to set up the handsets in store and add cell service after the fact. We were ASSURED that we had done everything we needed to do before trading our old devices in and leaving the store. Only to go to our carrier, add service, and then realize that my husband’s brand new phone is useless because he still needed to receive a verification code to the old handset in order to log into the cloud. This was less than 24 hours ago and of course they’ve already disposed of our phones and my husband’s prior physical SIM. He’s locked out of everything, and cant even get into his Gmail to recover his Apple ID. Apple Support is telling us that the quicker option is to create a new Apple ID and lose everything he has! I don’t have to explain that this is 2022 and just about your entire life is attached to your Apple ID. So our only other choice is to wait days ! for a recovery request which we don’t even know will pan out. I feel that the store should have foreseen this and advised us that we might run into this. Utterly disappointing service after spending so much money that we didn’t even want to spend in the first place. I’ll give one star for friendliness and willingness to help, but that only carries you so far when your customer leaves the store with a very expensive paperweight. I’m less than impressed with the supposed expertise that we were meant to receive. I’d love to hear from a manager at this location if they feel that they have any way they can make this right.
Great customer service and support transitioning from an iPhone 7 to 13 mini. Booking an appointment was easy and received support right when I walked in. I walked away happy with my new phone that had all my data, did a trade-in, got a new case and even reconnected my watch. The only thing I noticed after the fact was that I purchased an unlocked phone unknowingly for $30 more instead of one linked to AT&T like I intended. I decided to just deal with the $30 charge since I didn’t want to go through a return and repurchase process. It will make it easier if I decide to switch carriers in the future but just be mindful that there is a difference in cost.
Went there to possibly upgrade my phone and got amazing service. My fiancé and I worked with Hanan and I can not say enough good things about her!!! She suggested we get me in line to talk to a tech in case we could fix the issues I was having so I didn’t have to trade in if it was fixable, which I super appreciated. While we were waiting for someone to be available to look at my phone she went through the process to find out what my trade-in value would be, since I had originally mentioned that being what I wanted to know. Turned out there was a special going for the 13 mini, which I really wanted, and I could upgrade for almost nothing! She also helped my fiancé upgrade his phone, which he was feeling a little anxious about. She made the whole process super smooth and was so patient and didn’t make us feel rushed at all while we waited literally hours for all of my data to migrate to my new phone. She even helped multiple other customers while still being attentive to us as well. I have to say, Hanan is the bees knees, the kind of employee who makes me want to return just because of her. We also interacted with some other great employees but sadly I don’t remember their names. We were there on 2/4 from about 3pm-6pm. There was a White guy with glasses getting people setup with Genius Bar appointments who was very personable, a Black guy who appeared to be working the floor who was so friendly and fun and answered the most random question for me about the bubble tea place in the mall, and the manager with the cochlear implant who was extremely friendly and kind.
If possible, I would rate the quality of service here a Zero. This store, and possibly company culture is all about selling you a product, not maintaining it. I went in to get phone looked at for overheating. I was approached immediately, but once they knew I was only there for a service call, I was told to wait in the back. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever came to assist me, finally I left. From my observation, they have an 18-1 ratio for sales personnel to techs. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE for service. You will only upset yourself.
I went to get my phone software fixed and when I clearly told them I don't have a backup of my phone, he acknowledged it. But then he said I have to restore it from backup and went ahead without asking me if I wanted to do that or not. This is the worst apple store to go to. Do not recommend going here for the Genius Bar.
The support team has not able resolve the problem, we had problem with dead device and retrieving account password, at the end apple let us know we could be contacted back on our email, seriously apple has some flaw in their system, my problem is not able to login into the account but their solution is they would contact me back to the email, I had lot of subscriptions tied with account that I no longer using but have to pay! The device is dead, they not helping to retrieve so I cancel!! May be I need to cancel my credit card is only way to stop apple stealing my money! The bottom line never buy apple device! Never again!!
Yesterday was the first time I bought here and to me was weird that I asked 2 guys about the features of the wathces and they just asked me to wait and they will come back in a second, I spend 20 min waiting in the table, they were joking and spending time with their coworkers speaking while I was waiting, sometimes they came to the table just to ask to continue waiting and no one ever had time to explain me anything, at the moment they came I had to be prepared to say what I was going to order, in all the time I had to research by myself to see the features a bit. I believe it was a bad expierience in the store.
My family went to the apple store to buy 2 iPhones, and nothing else. They specifically stated that they didn’t want anything else, MULTIPLE times. The employee kept acting like a door to door salesman and kept requesting us to buy beats headphones to go with our iPhones, or a MagSafe charger, and very unnecessary items that we told them we didn’t need. Very disappointed that a multi trillion dollar company treats their customers this way
Came here to trade my $1800 iMac they offered me $75. Also to trade in my iPhones 8 they offer me $0 they know how to sell not buy. Bad customer service.
