Amazing. Wanted to visit and wasn't disappointed. Actually Monday is a good day, not crowded. I wish I live closer but it's ok.

Jalen made it very easy for my dad, sister and myself to trade in our phones and get new ones. Very nice guy to talk to and engaging with his customers. I don’t normally go into the apple store but if I do I want every time to be like this one.

I was at this store to purchase a $1600 iMac and nobody acknowledged me or bother to ask if I needed help. I waited for 30 min and no help. There was 4 apple worker standing and talking. The security guard on his phone texting all the time. I left because of your poor customer service. I rather spend my money somewhere where I’m acknowledged.

Understanding that it’s is a busy store, I made an appointment. Arrived early and waited. Waited 50 mins after my appointment just to buy an iPhone. Other ppl walked in and were helped immediately. I had to ask twice to make sure they were going to help me.

Att sent me in to get a replacement as my phone sucks. Wasted two hours of my life to say they won’t replace it even though it’s like 7 months old. Then tried to get me to update my storage. I love apple products but this store is a very unorganized disaster with no actual assistance. Head to tech gurus who are apple certified and not a waste of time!

I’ve never complained about service of any kind, but this makes me never want to purchase another Apple product. I brought in my AirPods because the charging case wouldn’t work. It took 20 minutes for the dude to run tests. When he came out he told me it would cost $260 to fix the issue or I could buy a new pair for $249.99. How does that even make sense? I told him to throw my AirPods away and he just goes, “I’ll recycle them for you” and ran to the back of the store.

Save yourself the time and order online or just buy a Dell. 30 minute wait to get an appointment just to talk to someone about purchasing an item. I know exactly what I need, take my money and let me go. There’s Apple employees standing everywhere doing nothing but for some reason no one is allowed to take my money. There’s even a person walking around to checkin to make sure I’m still in the store. The amount of purchasing friction is ridiculous. For a company that’s all about good design and UI/UX that was the worst retail user experience I have ever had. Treat your retail customers with some respect and don’t force them to stair at the façade for 30 minutes just to tell them you no longer have the item in stock and then try to upsell you. I don’t blame any of the employees for this experience. This is a top down process that needs changed by management.

AirPods broke after 6 months. They graciously replaced them with a new pair. That pair broke after 7 months. Now they are out of the 1 year warranty, so we're out of luck. This is a known issue with this generation of airpods, apparently. If you sell me a known faulty product that breaks twice in the same way within a year both times, you should stand behind your product.

To say the least, I am a disappointed customer of Apple. I have been loyal for a while, however I am questioning my loyalty. Last year, I visited this store to look into the noise coming from the AirPods. I met this girl that vehemently told me nothing could be done since I was a few months outside my warranty, my plea to her direct supervisor did not bear any fruits, and understandably, I walked away. I am an African. 6 months later, my wife walks into the same store with the same AirPods and the AirPods are swapped with NEW ones. No questions asked. Nothing has changed from the time my pleas  were denied, only the skin color. There is more that meets the eye in this situation. A lot of training needs to be done for these employees; conscious and unconscious biasses. Need to train your employees on what it is to be RACIST without  uttering a single word. So disgusted about this experience. If there was a negative rating, I would be using it right NOW.

Customer service is really bad here, I always see lots of attitude from the people work here… but just because we are fans of Apple had to go to this store as this is the only store in Desmoines area..!! Hope you improve your customer service and some trainings to the people who work in your store.. I would have given zero stars..!! By the way I have spent close to 2k + amount on the same day… looks like Apple is super richhave lots of money now and they don’t even care about customers spending or give respect to them anymore…!!
