Stopped by the Jordan creek location today for a cleaning and the store manager Yuki really went above and beyond for us. She noticed a loose stone on my husbands ring and suggested sending it in so we wouldn’t lose it later. She took the extra time to really inspect our rings and help us today. She was a delight to be around. I can’t recommend this location enough. They’re always super helpful and so genuine.
Yuki was very helpful in selecting the perfect gift for my wife, from the moment I walked in and even to let me know that I had left something in the store. She was friendly, paid attention to what I was looking for and what I was staying away from. With her help, I am sure I have something that will make my wife’s birthday extra special!
Yuki did an absolutely amazing job helping me pick out an anniversary ring for my 15th. I did not know what I wanted when I walked in. Yuki was kind and patient with me as she helped me narrow down what I was looking for. I will shop here again and tell all of my friends the amazing service I received.
WOW! I stopped in to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected. Yuki was so helpful and thorough. She helped me get all my paperwork sorted and my jewelry is so clean & shiny!
I drive over an hour to get my jewelry checked for my warranty, but the jordon creek store has been closed the last two times I've been there. I'm doing my part but they are Not upholding their part.
We went in to get our wedding rings inspected and rhodium coated at the Jordan Creek location, great experience and top notch service. Thanks!

Do not listen to the sales reps at this location. They are self serving liars. I purchased my wedding band here. It is a black tungsten ring that put me out over $300. I asked them if it was a coating or if the metal itself was black. They assured me of the latter. I am sitting here, not even a week after the wedding, and the black is already rubbing off.
Horrible experience here. Their customer service is appalling. The set I bought did not fit together as promised with initial purchase which says to me they do anything for a sale. The first time I sent the set in to be soldered together they didn’t size the second ring correctly and they tried to give it to me as is. We had them send it back and after a total of 5 weeks we went to pick it up and they lost it! If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. It is run by a bunch of clowns.
Tara was friendly and helpful as soon as I walked n the door an made sure I got the right birthstone color for my girlfriend best place to go
