I got my engagement ring here, and it was perfect. They had moissanite like I wanted, which many other stores didn’t have or had little selection. Jordan helped me and he was awesome. I took a lot of time deciding over the last couple years, going to pretty much all the jewelry stores in the area, but got exactly what I wanted at a good price at Helzberg. They were very patient and helpful. Thank you so much!
My now fiancé and I visited this Helzberg in Feb 2023 while in town for a friends wedding. We were looking for a temporary/stand-in engagement ring due to shipping issues with our originally planned ring. Jordan immediately greeted us and showed us a variety of rings. We found a ring that fit our budget and aesthetic, but we thought we wouldn't be able to take home due to what I thought wasn't the perfect size. Jordan worked to find a way to have the ring resized and to us before we would have to leave town, which we were incredibly excited about. However, before finalizing our order, Jordan personally sized the ring on my ringer and happily told us that it should fit without being resized and that I had personally sized it wrong. We were able to walk out with our engagement ring, and well, a few weeks later my fiancé proposed to me with it! It's my absolute favorite ring, it fits perfectly like Jordan said it would, and I'm a little nervous I won't like the originally planned ring as much. Thanks so much to Jordan for being engaging, enthusiastic, and helpful!
I've had too many great experiences here...I bought my rings here and also brought my parents for new rings, Jordan G. has been so much fun to work with. Great sense of humor and professional! We will be back!

The customer service was pretty good when my husband and I went to get my anniversary ring. I got pretty excited to get my ring they estimated it would be done on the 12th, so I called that day and they said they had received it and that they would send it out that day to be delivered to my residence. It is now the 17th and my husband called because we never received a tracking number. They never sent it, they said it was sitting there ready for pick up. It specifically said on the paper it was to be shipped, we even paid shipping on it. I needed it by the 19th. Guess what I’m not going to have on time.
I was in the Jordan Creek store today with my wife to get her ring checked and cleaned. A younger lady came in a couple minutes behind us.I think we were in the store for at least 15 min and we and the other gal never even got as much as a look or a nod from the 2 ladies behind the counter. Us and the other gal walked out and still did not get a "hey sorry we will be right with you". I don't know if we will be visiting a Helzberg store again!!
I went the the Jordan Creek Mall Helzberg in West Des Moines Iowa to purchase an engagement ring. Justin and Glenda we so helpful and made this an amazing experience.
Justin & Sonya ROCK! Their knowledge & expertise were just what we needed when choosing the perfect engagement ring. Justin greeted us as soon as we walked in the store & Sonya’s bubbly personality made ring shopping so much fun! We really appreciated their straight talk & genuine desire to help us find something in our price range. You can really tell that they love what they do, so that made it easy to find something we liked & could afford! Thank you so much! My ring is gorgeous & I just love it! We will definitely be coming back to purchase our wedding bands!
Got my ring resized. It came back looking brand new. We haven’t always been on time for inspections but they have been flexible with us. Great customer service. Very happy we got our wedding rings here.
