Great experience! Friendly service. I had my electric scooter and was able to come right in with it to take care of my business. Friendly employees, I was helped promptly and got my order within minutes. Clean store, very hip ambiance all around. Plenty of space although there were quite a few people shopping. I bought the iPhone 13pro for filming and art tutorials.

Great Apple store inside - spacious, clean, organized, air conditioned, minimalist. There was a guy demoing how to use an iPhone in the background. Knocked off a couple stars because of how dystopic it all felt and how long the retail experience is. You have to wait at least 20 min before actually seeing someone about buying a phone. When we asked to trade in two phones toward the price of a new one, the clerk only let us trade in one and said we can get a gift card for the other one. Can’t we just get the gift card first and use that to help pay for the new phone? I don’t understand the policy against letting us do that.

Nice and spacious However, they are not really well organised. There are so much staffs go around without client in exhibition area while client have to wait in pickup’s area. Also, there are some staff are not friendly. I asked one in pickup’a area to take my order. He scan my qr code and walk away without saying anything.

Pro- Apple Store is really nice and spacious. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Nice music when you're waiting your turn kind of helps with time passing. Con- no parking. Besides One of my favorite apple stores to go to when I have issues. - Things I've seen: folks bring their dogs. I have service dog never had an altercation - Ample seating - family friendly / mom friendly. - disabled accessible. - restroom Definitely will keep going for anything apple.

The service sucks. I had an online order and came to pick it up early. Do you think they gave me my order? Haha they said wait 1.5 hours. Apparently they were picking up my phone piece by piece. I didn't see a pick up line. They could have easily given away my phone. I didn't have time to wait long. Had to cancel the order.

Apple sales store for all apple items: iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, bads, airpod and other items. They enough staff working in the store. Customer service is 2 out of 5, product price is same as other apple store, high, cleanness 5 out of 5, exhibition 5 out of 5, location 4 out of 5. Roadside parking. Staff are not helpful, and they don't not what to do. One of the expert came to help us transferring from previous device to our newly purchased item, then he said that he has a 15 minutes break, he is coming back shortly. We waited one hour. He did not come. Another expert disappeared after as he said "I am coming right back" to set up screen protector, and he has gone.

Quickly popped into the Williamsburg store for a holiday gift and I was delighted by how helpful and disarming the sales person on the floor was given the holiday season. When I expressed a concern around an AirTag keychain attachment costing more than the device itself, she directed me to a more frugal option, and also let me use my online work discount in store. Will definitely be going back to this store specifically in the future!

I had to write this because I was so frustrated with this store experience. Such poor customer service. I went to purchase a new iPhone. They put me in a queue. I sat for 45 minutes, waiting for me to be called up and still nothing. I go up to an apple employee and they tell me they won’t be able to complete my transaction because they have 15 minutes left. I was so angry. I recognize that it takes time to activate a new phone but instead of having me wait 45 mins tell me that immediately and I would have left instead. If you’re store is dealing with high volume and limited staff tell me that instead of asking me to wait and then telling you won’t be able to complete my purchase. I’m not here to wait for the pure fun of it! I buy apple products because I’ve been using OS for so long but lately it’s not worth it anymore.

When I came in there was no one waiting up front directing people. I spotted an associate by the cases/watch bands which was what I came in for. I waited to chat with them for about 20 minutes. When they were done with their customer another person went around me and got to them. The associate immediately went to helping them. Annoyed, I finally spotted someone up at the front of the store so went back to them and they tried to point me back to the person I was originally waiting to talk to. No real way for them to keep track. They at least tried to help me after I said I already tried waiting for them, but at the point I was so annoyed that I left.

Nice and spacious…and that’s it. I ordered something to pick up. Guy checked my ID then someone brought him my order and he just walk away with my order. So I ask other lady to help and she just went to him and got my order for me. Don’t understand why he walked away with my order instead of giving it to me.
