5 stars for a restaurant full of women making things work on a busy Friday. Kat the hostess was busting her tail, she is an excellent teammate. The manger was the kinda manger that got out in the trenches and bust tables and helped out as needed. The waitresses I had were great very friendly one was training the other in training. Food was cool. It was a busy Friday evening but they all showed up and tried their best. I love good customer service, it was a wait but it was explained to me so I had an expectation that was reasonable.
A quick stop afterwards.. the food was delicious and service outstanding. Our waitress name was Crystal and she was on top of everything. Definitely will be going back. 5 stars!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
This place was everything. Our food was steaming hot and juicy. All of it had lots of flavor. The waitress was great with the exception of not bringing my coin change and not mentioning why she didn't .Food: 5/5
Walk up to the door at 11:25pm after working late. So thankful there is a place to grab a quick bite before heading to my hotel. The doors are locked. The place is filled with people. I look at my phone, yep, still open per google info. Then look next to the locked door that says Friday they are open until midnight. Apparently not! Check the other door - it’s locked too. They should just say they no longer accept customers after 11pm. Makes it easier on people!
2 people over 80 dollars, The stake was supposed to be Med rare it was rare. The menu choices have lost my favorites, no potato skins, no fried green beans, no sweat potatoes and only 1 choice in stake, the food was still good and choices in restaurants are limited so if you want to go out, you just deal.. I have to say that service was great so no complaints there. Just can not afford to go out like I used to at these prices.
We will NEVER go back to this Applebee's ever again. We waited 30 minutes and had to ask for our soup, which was finally brought out by a different server. At the same time, we noticed customers that sat down right after us some 10 minutes later already had their soup and salads finished while others had entrees. The server, though always nice during the issues, stated the issue was with the Cook being late, but that made no sense because everyone else was getting their food without any issues. Ended up just canceling and paying for what we had.
Got there shortly after opening so no wait for seating or service. Specialty burgers were very good and the seasoning on the Fry's was just enough. There's a special on burgers for Monday so the price was outstanding. Becoming my go-to for a nice sit down burger.
They appeared to be understaffed, but they still were doing a great job. Kid-friendliness: Large kids menu
Inside can get pretty noisy and dirty on busy nights. Definitely understaffed, but full of very hard working women that deserve the best. Food is usually great but every now and then it comes not fresh. Vegetarian options: There are non meat dishes. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. Parking: Shares a good size parking lot with Taco Bell. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible due to stairs inside, tight doors, and a high curb.
The worst Applebees in our Tri-State area. Most of the time they close on a whim so you never know when they are open. This place is a joke. And quite honestly I would rather drive all the way to the one by Delco Park in kettering than take a gamble with my time at this one.
