Food was good, except for the mashed potatoes. They were bland, even with them being "loaded." I won't pay the extra for them again. We had good service, but the loud drunks in the bar need to go. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance on the front of the establishment.
Service was terrible. Food not that great. We had sat at the table with a disgusting mixed drink for about 30-45 minutes before we were checked on, we hadn’t even received the appetizer at this point. I took one sip out of the drink, it was absolutely horrid . I was told it couldn’t be replaced or refunded, which I’ve never heard of. The manager told me I could just buy a shot to put in it like it would make the disgusting drink any better. It was left on the table. You get what you pay for, definitely won’t ever be back!
The overall experience is so low for a few reasons... Although our server was friendly, kind, and courteous, the service was slow, and the restaurant at the time was not busy. We never got our appetizer, and we had to bring it up before the server noticed. It was taken off the bill. The food was less than mediocre, at best. The quality of preparation and execution was very lacking, definitely not what I am used to in an Applebee's at all. I have no ill intentions with my review. I love Applebee's, and it is one of my most favorite places to eat. I just would hope that this location will work on a few things. Especially being that this is the only location in the area. As an Applehead, I was very disappointed.
Me and my family had a very memorable experience. Service was great! Food came out hot ,fast and delicious …….The music was nice ,Kate was the best server & the bartender was outstanding Tankie. 10/10 I highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Stopped in with a friend to get a drink. I must say I will definitely be coming back. The bartender was very kind and she hooked my drink up right. "Hawaiian Long Island Ice Tea"Service: 5/5
Just ok. Appetizers we ordered weren't anything special, the spinach dip was actually gross but the tacos were ok. Took my 85yr old mother there. She was not impressed with the food either.
The service was not good. It was the Early Dinner time and there were not many diners, but it took a long time to get water and to place our order. My food was good Chicken & Shrimp w Roasted potatoes. Out of four orders one plate had to be reheated due to cold mashed potatoes. Plenty of parking.
The food. Was amazing... The service Was awful.... Our waitress. We never saw 1 time.. After SHE brought our food. Had to go look for her. Along w another table.to even pay to leave. Every1 else complained. That was there. N said they would not be back. The waitesses All there today looked like kids. The bathroom And Resturant was so dirty.... Needs new manager n staff... Cook. Amazing job. Even tho. They explained was only 1 cook. To why the waitress could not do her job. Excuses. Cook. Great job.
The food was overcooked. My noodles came out mushy the chicken was dry. The steak was overcooked and hard to cut. The entire staff was rude and unprofessional. Despite all of this I still paid my ticket because I didn't want the server to bear to cost of all that horrible food. I will never visit this Applebee's again.Food: 1/5
I have been ordering the same meal lately. The salmon with green beans and broccoli. This time the salmon was so thin and beat up , I thought it was chicken. Also there was mashed potatoes instead of broccoli. I took the order back, they said they would remake it. The piece of salmon looked the same and the broccoli wasn’t cooked. Very disappointing. I was then told a refund would be sent to my card in 3 days. I won’t be back.
