Owner Manuel Cabral spent his early life working in many 5 star restaurants in Portugal with the ultimate goal of opening his own restaurant in the United States. He opened the doors to Aquario Restaurant in 1993 and it continues to be one of the most popular seafood restaurants in Westchester.
