These folks are awesome. There had a sale out on the street we bought a lot of stuff. It was great after all that we forgot why we even went to Ace but we sure glad we did and we still don’t know why we went there but we’re glad people are great. Service is great need to experience it …
It's clean, but the staff is hit or miss. I've had an employee say they don't work there just to not help me. I'd be bitter too if I was pushing 60 and working minimum wage too I guess. I'm not much to complain but if I'm treated rudely I just won't shop there. So best of luck.
I love the other Ace locations for their friendly, helpful associates. This location didn't seem as inviting or friendly as the others. New to the store or a frequent customer, every other location has been absolutely above standard in customer service.
I came here looking for a stihl chainsaw file I asked the young man to help me find the correct one he didn't know what he was doing and just fumbled through some files and told me to go ask a guy in the back because he was the expert on that sort of things great store but the help could be better. P.s I left the "guy" in the back wasn't there either.
Friendly staff, they always carry our dog food. We enjoy this place, garden area isn't the most exciting but over all cute and Friendly
Great local buisness. Where the people who work there are always ready to help any way they can.
Employee's are very courteous and the have a great selection of tools.
I did find what I wanted but its smaller, then the one in Vacaville which I really like.
Great customer service and very helpful/ friendly staff! Adjustment of products carried which is perfect for a small town
