So me and my wife were looking for nails for a gate we are building and younger lady came up to help us. Shortly after a woman about my age came over and pulled the young lady away. I mentioned to her she was helping me find the nails I needed for my fence so the woman with the name tag that read “shania” replies with “well I’m her boss so ur gunna have to find someone else” extremely rude and then storms away. As we are heading to check out we pass the lady again. I turned around shortly after passing her and I see her holding the middle finger up at my wife behind our backs. Iv called to report this multiple times and I get pushed to the side with no one reaching back out to me like they say they do so now I’m posting it here. Can’t believe they would give someone like that power. So immature. A grown woman acting like that and then the way she was talking those employees infront of everyone is just disgusting. That blows my mind that stine’s will give someone like that a managers position. Unbelievable
Super friendly staff and I’ve never been there and not found what I needed. Good lumber and, again, the guys are very helpful.

0/5 Worst experience ever at this Stines location. Home Depot and Lowe's always have friendly and helpful employees. At this Stines location I received the absolute worst customer service from Ashley. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Power men are lining up everywhere. Please people be nice to us the employees who are working so you can handle your homes and life.
The men and women working the drive through lumber dept do an excellent job making sure your satisfied .
Very disappointed in this store! I purchase a lot of material Stine lumber in Louisiana. The store employees here are very rude they don't care they look at you funny and go try to return something without a receipt they look at you like you're crazy.. I tried to return electrical plug and a flange and they will not return it without a receipt their policy says they will return anything without a receipt to get store credit. Well that didn't happen today I'll never go back there
Just be prepared to find what you're looking for with very little assistance. Even finding help is usually met with a bland, vague response anyway. I'm not asking for over the top service, but come on now. Most of the cashiers there have the personality of a wet paper towel.
Stine in Sulphur is one of my most best places to shop!! Instead of going to flea markets, grocery stores, etc. , I would choose Stine every time!! I buy all my bird feeders, bird seed, potting soil, rakes, floor fans, cleaning supplies, wind spinners, plants, weed killer, extension cords, etc.etc. I love this place!! Staff is always helpful and you dont have to search an hour to find someone. Prices are reasonable and lots of merchandise to choose from. I love this place!!!
