Arc’teryx was born and raised in Canada, with its Head Office located in North Vancouver and proprietary manufacturing facilities in Burnaby, BC.

Beginning with harnesses in 1991 and moving into apparel in 1998, the single-minded application of designing the lightest, best performing, highest quality products lead a revolution in performance outdoor equipment.

Function is our primary initiative. Designs are streamlined, architectural & enduring. In-house manufacturing facilities allow the development of radical shifts in construction technologies and many Arc’teryx developed construction innovations are now perceived as standard.
Materials are created and customized in combination with our long standing fabric partners.

The future holds unknown horizons. What began as an innovation company remains an innovation company.

Can't speak highly enough about this store and the folks who work there. Stopped by on my birthday as a treat and was not left wanting. The shop is clean, well lit, and stocked with a great range of Arcteryx gear. You can tell the people who work here take a lot of pride in their store and it shows. Low pressure presence from the staff member helping me, sociable engagement but not pandering, was at the ready when I had questions around specific items. If something wasn't available, my guy was willing and able to order it for me online. Couldn't be happier with the store and the service I received, looking forward to going back when I've got some more disposable income available!
Employees are not interested in customers. So I looked around comfortably. This place is rather large and clean.
Bought a down jacket from them and it started leaking feathers after two weeks, then a hole developed now the jacked is worthless. I paid 450 for a jacket that is poor quality and overpriced that lasted 2 weeks. I called the company and they did not stand by their product. Never buy anything from this company because they do not stand by their shoddy workmanship. They are made in Vietnam. What does that tell you?
Little disappointed with the Brand store. Not much in there. No other stores are carrying their product anymore. Certain things I prefer to try it on before buying. I went there to buy a jacket other than a puffy one. Well no luck.

My Michigan people took great care of my wife and I on our visit to the La Brea store! Great store, great layout, awesome people!
I love the product. I have many different pieces of clothing and foot wear. They have an amazing product for all parts of life, casual to rain to snow. With that being said, I was a little disappointed with the store just because the couple things I want to try on be for buying they don't usually carry. I wanted to try on a couple of the ski boots and full mountaineering boots. They said that they should fit similar to there other footwear but if they don't fit correctly, they have a free return policy.
I love this brand. I bought a jacket 20 years ago and only recently needed to replace it. The store is minimalistic and open. The staff there are both knowledgeable and very friendly. I just wish they kept their store stocked with items for different seasons.
One of my favourite brands on the market. The products they sell are phenomenal through the craftsmanship, durability, fit, and selection they carry. The staff at this location are amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Grae the store manager was super helpful and went out of his way to fulfil my order. This store is the real deal!
I wandered into this, the most extraordinary of stores the other day. It's a clothing and lifestyle accessories store for a very specific kind of person who lives a very specific kind of Lifestyle. Everything about this store, from the way I was greeted, to the way things are arranged on tables, to the extraordinary attention to detail in every piece of clothing was inspiring and even a little breathtaking. The store itself is laid out in a way that encourages browsing, touching, engaging with the clothing. Much of this is gear designed for extreme weather and Extreme Adventures. Again, the layout of the store, the design aesthetic, and every detail contained therein is so remarkable I would encourage people who had no interest in this style of clothing to visit the store regardless. It's a testimony to thought, caring, Innovation and the highest aesthetic in not only outdoor wear but an exercise in execution of Excellence on every level.
