STUSSY LA BREA

BE CAREFUL! I bought a Stussy LA shirt and one of the shirts had not even been stitched at the bottom!! Although I didn’t check I don’t feel like I need to! This was supposed to be a brand new shirt that they told me they were bringing out from the back! I feel like even the staff should’ve checked before claiming it was brand new and bringing it out to me. I’m from Canada so it’s also frustrating finding out after I’ve arrived back home. If you ever buy a shirt from them DOUBLE CHECK. I added photos for proof and the black shirt is for comparison and I still have my receipt. @Stussy if there’s any alternative to replacing this shirt please reply. I don’t feel it’s right at all that I paid $50 for a defective shirt.

The day we were there, we lined up for 1+ hour in 30+ Celsius degree blazing sun outside the store. There were a long line of 30+ people. They were only letting the same number of people left the store, into the store. Fair enough, I suppose there is safety code of max number of inside the store. Until, they let in a group of about 8 people, bypass the entire lineup. I think they might be friends of the people who works there, as they were greeting one another, smiling, chatting. I don't understand, if they want to chat, chat outside the store! What is this! I guess they don't value their customers. Never say never, but I am unlikely to return.

I can't get out of the negative feelings because of the staffs. They are so rude. Especially black man with hats and pants down is so unkind and treat guests discriminately. Most of the staff are racist. I don‘t understand why they hire racist employees in stores that Asian people come a lot.

Staff is rude and pretentious. I was looking forward to shopping for my kid after driving over and hour then waiting in line with rich Chinese kids for 45 min. Very disappointed. They don’t want you touching merchandise on shelves like it’s too precious to refold.

this is in regards to the last post. store was closed for the whole week, because stussy was doing changeover to get ready for Fall 23 drop. no one was allowed in the store besides the employees. and there was a sign on the gate saying the store would reopen on Friday 8/18/2023

Was at the store today and was a very disappointing experience. The girl with curly hair is useless and disrespects customers. Ladies and Gentlemen, just order your clothes online. They won’t let you try the clothes on anyways in store. As for sizing, just go with your usual size

I bet you employees should thank the Asians They are all incredibly rude and racists. Most people had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in. The three employees at the store did not give any guidance. Even when customers asked for help, they only responded very rudely. In particular, it seemed very annoying for Asian guests to see their clothes. Why do you keep using racist employees in stores with so many Asian customers? There is no reason to visit this store, which has few types of clothes and cannot be properly treated.

Been to many Stussy stores around the world and this one is the most horrible! The staff with curly hair is unhelpful and rude towards me and my friends. She was on her phone all the time. Not helping my friend to find her fits.

Cool store - limited range, but what's there is cool.

This place is absolutely horrible. I came here multiple times and they denied me because of my race. They close before 6!!!!!! when I went at 5:20. The Asian guy working her is terrible and racist.
