So, I wanted to write my review before I left the hospital. I’m currently on the 2nd floor battling Crohn’s and colitis and I wanted to give special shout outs. Dealing with these diseases I’ve been to multiple hospitals but none like this one. From the day I came until the day I left my nurses on the 2nd floor pulled me through my battle. It’s not just a job to them, it’s their calling from God. Erica, Amy, Chelsie, Dr.Khan, my day shift lab tech with the burgundy and black braids that drew my blood with the speed of light,Ms. Colleen and Jennifer I couldn’t done it without you all. Thank you for letting me cry, thank you for holding my hands, thank you for giving me hope that there’s always a fighting chance. You guys in 2 days really changed my life. I hope on different circumstances that I see you all again. Until then keep being yall. Keep being a family. Most of all, keep being lights in someone’s tunnels. You guys isn’t just nurses and doctors to me you all will forever be “my heroes “.
I thought check in was too slow. It took fourtyfive minutes for lady to check my husband in for a sonogram appointment. Noone was ahead of us and only one other lady came during those fourty five minutes for a CT scan appointment. It did not take her very long to check her in. I noticed she was just sitting there much of the time doing nothing. She did not seem to be interested in her job. It was very slow. Sonogram lady did her job well. It was a long afternoon for my husband and his being sick
The doctor's are great with patients. They take time to listen and answer questions. The nursing staff are awesome. So caring and professional but will go out of their way to accommodate you. I cant say enough about them. The food. Well it was awful
I have been well taken care of by all the staff on the 2nd floor. They are so kind and great at their job. The kitchen staff was also very nice and helpful. They all deserve a reward for a job well done. I will truly miss everyone .I would also like to thank Jane, my wound vac therapist for being patience and kind to me. I just want to say thank you all for all the support and kindness you all showed to me.
I was seen in the ER on saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, due to excruciating pain due to Crohn's disease. Wait time was nothing, as I was immediately triaged by nurse Theresa Butler. I can't say enough great things about Ms. Butler other than GOD must have placed her there for me. Not only was she attentive to my pain level, but she was very comforting to my spirit in my distress. Nurse Butler stayed with me from start to the time I left, reassuring me that everything would be okay. This kind of dedication is rarely seen in the medical professional now and it's as though no one cares anymore. Not the case with Nurse Butler.....I appreciate her very much and you are blessed to have her on your staff. Kudos to her!
My 2 yr. Old granddaughter was neglected this morning at this hospital. My daughter was made to feel like she was wrong for bringing her in. They let her leave with a high temp. My daughter, knowing something was wrong took her to a BETTER e.r. where she was admitted because she was severely dehydrated & has a bad uti. Zero stars for us I wouldn't take my worst enemy here!!! Apparently you have to rate at least 1 star to post that is the Only reason there is 1 star!!!
Back in 2002 and 2003 when they had labor and delivery they were really good I had my first two children their. It was small and quiet it was nice because me and my children could get the care we needed when we needed it but I haven't been there but a few times since and they a pretty good but they are a little slow with service but then again what hospital isn't
They're just doing their jobs on patients. They haven't learned how to deal with deaf people yet.. because I occasionally have to remind them to pull masks down for me to read lips or to write on papers but they're good hard working nurses and doctors
The Nurse in the ER was fantastic. Holly gave us all the information we were given. The PA Bryan was a waste of time. He has yet to talk to me about my wife problem. He did not talk to me at all, knowing my wife has dementia and does not have any knowledge of what he may have said to her. You could use a couple dozen Hollys and no BRyans .
Small town hospital with a big heart. The Nurses and staff went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable.
