This was the worst experience I have had at an emergency room. I have waited for seven hours just for service. The only thing the staff can tell you is they are waiting on rooms. This is a 795 room facility and you have been waiting on rooms for seven hours. Evidently you are not discharging patients like you claim to be. Your management needs work.
