We ordered the Amalfi dresser in store from Cherry Creek. At the time of purchase we were not made aware of any of the issues we would encounter and the customer service was not reflective of the high quality the store promotes. We ordered in July for a mid-September delivery, which was confirmed by the sales person we were working with. Mid September comes and goes and only after I reached out was I informed that the delivery was delayed and would not arrive until December. As a result the table we ordered to be delivered at the same time would also be delayed. Only after multiple phone calls that I initiated was I able to get the table sooner, even though it was available and ready for delivery. Finally in December the dresser arrived just in time for us to unpack our boxes of clothing from moving before hosting family for the holidays. After putting our first items into the dresser, I lifted them out and discovered they were dirty. The drawers were filthy and covered in dust. I figured it might have been from shipping, but upon wiping the interior of the drawers, the cloth became stained. One entire roll of paper towels later, the stain was still lifting. I immediately called the store to report the issue and share photos but I never heard back from anyone after sending the details to whomever answered the phone. Since the stain continued to lift, I ended up spending hours lining every inch of the interior of the drawers with a liner I bought, but since there is still so much dirt/dust, the liner is now lifting. It is 6 months later and we are still having issues. We'd like to change out our nightstands and add a tall dresser, so I called the store to see what could be done. I explained that we are planning on buying additional pieces, but are still experiencing quality issues with this one. I was referred to the concierge service who took my information and opened a case number. They instructed me to call back again in 24 hours because they often "don't have time to respond or call back if you leave a voicemail". After sitting on hold for 15+ minutes, someone finally answered and proceeded to read me the details off of the website about the piece being delicate and handmade. I informed them that I was aware of how the piece was made this was the main reason that I purchased it but that I was concerned with the quality of how the piece was finished. They stated that they totally understood but that there was nothing they could do and that it was normal for the stain to lift. I asked them to help me understand how this was acceptable for a finished furniture piece costing $5k and they continued to let me know that there was nothing they could do. Sharing so that others can be informed that: 1. The Amalfi collection looks nice on the outside but is completely useless on the inside if you want to put clothing and not have it come out dirty/stained. 2. Don't expect high caliber customer service from this store, even with a 5 figure bill! We will not be moving forward with any additional pieces from here and we do NOT recommend shopping here.
Despite all the bad reviews posted, I have had nothing but good experiences with Arhaus Cherry Creek. I've ordered several pieces of furniture and have used the design services they offer. Only once did I have a problem with a sofa, but it was corrected quickly. I find their customer service department to be very responsive. I recently ordered a coffee table, custom chair and floor lamp...decided the floor lamp wasn't going to work and called to cancel the order just before it was delivered. The store manager said "no problem" and Taylor promptly took care of all the details involved in cancelling the order even though he wasn't the sales person. I so appreciate that he just took responsibility for getting it handled immediately rather than having me wait until my designer/salesperson returned to the store. Thank you. Jeremy is the designer I worked with and I have confidence in the direction he provides...he has a good "eye". I'm a fan.
Bought new living room and dining room furniture at Cherry Creek store. Upon delivery of two accent chairs and side tables I noticed damage to all 3 pieces. Delivery driver took pics and said someone would contact me. That was April. Still not a word. In July my sofa was delivered. After delivery crew left, I noticed something sticking out from underneath. It was what once was the sofa leg! Completely broken and mangled plastic. The back corner of my couch has been resting on a screw ever since. My designer has attempted to reach my sales associate multiple times to no avail. July 4th weekend I went into the Colorado Springs store looking for help and all they would do was "send a message to the Associate in Cherry Creek asking him to call me." I watched her send the message. It is now October and still no call. Having spent $20k in this store, I am totally disappointed and disgusted. Separately, I orders 4 Freya votives online because they were not in the store. They sent me one but charged me for all 4! Someone from the concierge acted like she would get it resolved and to date she has stopped replying to my emails and my phone messages. This issue began in FEBRUARY!
The designer helped take time to really make sure I would have the perfect look. I love everything and will always come back! Thank you, looking forward to my next pieces with Arhaus at Cherry Creek!
Purchased a few pieces including the Rigby bed and absolutely love it. The delivery process was quick and seamless. The sales team was extremely informative about product and answered any questions I had!
Horrible customer service from this store. Of all the furniture stores in the area—and there are quite a few—this is the only one in which the salesperson disappeared on me multiple times and took a phone call in the middle of talking to us. It wasn’t until we started to leave that he interrupted his call. He said he would email me and never did. I guess he had decided from the get-go that they didn’t want our business.
Not so great customer service. Felt like we were bothering them - while we were waiting for help, we were curtly asked by the woman behind the register if we had a question. Why else would we be waiting in line there? It was very off-putting. She sounded like she didn't think we should be there. We'll be going to buy our couch somewhere else and won't be coming back.
Horrible experience ordering a couch from the Park Meadows location. I ordered the couch 9 months ago and am STILL waiting for it. My wife could have made a human in the time it’s taken them to make and deliver a couch. Rude defensive and demeaning customer service… I was told dates it would be here and when those dates came and went I reached out the find out where my couch was and then I kept getting the 2 more weeks, 4 more weeks. Will never buy from them again and will take my business elsewhere like restoration hardware.
Normally I do not write negative reviews unless they are warranted. To date I have made numerous visits to this store front and spent a fair amount of money on multiple items. Last weekend my wife and I wanted to purchase a rug from this location that we had been eyeballing. When we went to checkout we were told that it would be $240 to deliver an 8x10 rug that was on sale for $900, that is a quarter of the cost. We asked about other options for delivery feeling that we didn't need white glove service on this item. We asked to pick it up in store, we were told NO. We asked to pick it up at other location, again told NO. We asked if there was a way to discount the amount to a reasonable amount for delivery, again told NO. The manager gave us the most disingenuous apology I've ever heard. Turns out that ordering it online the delivery fee was $109 which is much more inline with what we would expect on such a small item. The treatment of the store manager will most likely keep us ordering online and only using the store front to see in person. If we must I will drive the distance to Park Meadows to avoid this manager who attempted to unnecessarily take us for an extra $131. Very poor customer service from the manager on duty. He didn't even offer online as an option or match the delivery rate from the online store.
My media console is absolutely perfect. Beyond impressed with the quality. Also, the staff at this location is so helpful. We recommend this store to all of my friends and family .
