Pelar was so PATIENT AND HELPFUL when we were shopping for a new coffee maker. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly - she knows Jura machines and made us each a sample. Thank you Pelar!!!
I like the items here I would love to purchase on next trip.
Quite the place if you're looking to up your cooking or baking game. You'll find small appliances, cook wear, even some food products and condiments. Staff are friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was the lack of walking space between islands. Aisles are hard to navigate, but that's just how stores are.
As others seem to be experiencing - atrocious customer service, and no communication. I cannot access any of my order information online. Ordered an expensive item and was never told but the delivery date was moved from February to August had to reach out to customer service since I never received communication on other parts of my order and was informed then. No way to escalate. Was told to just "trust them" that the order was cancelled because I never received any email verification or information regarding it, and was told to just "check my order history" despite telling them it is completely inaccessible. With so many other places/options to buy similar goods from, why would I ever bother going here again?
Great service. Got to reminisce about a friend who's no longer here. The customer service rep was excellent. I didn't feel bad what I wanted but I'll be back.
Wonderful customer service. Jill was so very nice and helpful.
Customer service was poor, walked around for 10 minutes without being asked if we needed help and decided to talk about how many credit cards they had. I ordered online in spite of this because I enjoy Williams Sonoma but will not be shipping in store again. They could automate this store or under staff it and it would still be successful... Or they could find better staff and actually "take care" of their customers.
Their store isn’t listed on their website, so I couldn’t see if they had what I needed in stock. Tried to tell the manager and he seemed uninterested. As it turns out, they didn’t have what I needed. No one asked me for help as I wondered around for 20 minutes. The nicest person there was the Nespresso vendor giving out samples. I really hate that the nearby Sur La Table closed because they have more for real cooking needs and their prices are way better.
The employees are horrible. They had their own conversation the entire time we were in the store. We were never greeted, never asked if we needed assistance finding a product, and got nothing but side eye from them as we looked around.
Meh, is all I can say. I didn't see anything to write home about. We helped a lady with a question because the sales staff were not paying attention because they were too busy talking to each other about what they did for lunch or something.
