To keep it short, Arhaus is an embarrassment. The products are very nice, but once you make a purchase, you won’t actually see your order for many months after the original estimated delivery date and many, many frustrating calls with clueless customer service later. Arhaus doesn’t actually know how long any of their products will take to ship. They don’t know where on earth they are located. They will not provide you with shipping updates unless you call their service line. I have absolutely zero confidence in this company. In the mean time, I’ve had my entire house furnished by competing furniture companies. The only glaring empty areas are due to Arhaus, and no one not even Arhaus knows when these items will accurately arrive. This is a borderline scam at this point. What am I paying for?
Don’t shop at any arhaus. They will dupe you into getting their promotional credit card which is a scam. The customs service is useless. When we got the actually furniture after months of delay in delivery it was damaged. All around experience was one of the worst I’ve had with a company.
I bought two night of the Bodhi nightstands from Arhaus total cost to me: $2400 and I am absolutely APPALLED at how they have aged over the course of 1.5 years. My husband and I are responsible, grown adults who have had high end and cheaper furniture before and this has never ever happened. Arhaus must know this wood varnish is cheap because they sell a marker in the same color for you to scribble over the paint when this inevitably happens. I cannot believe how much I paid for this nonsense. Should have gone with the RH one. Oddly, Arhaus doesn’t even let you review their products on the website itself so I’m forced to review it on this store website no offense to the Hackensack store.
We received INCREDIBLE service at Arhaus Riverside Square from soup to nuts: management, design, sales, visual and delivery teams. A special shout-out to Olena who went above and beyond with her impeccable taste, exceptional customer service, responsiveness by phone and texts even on her days off to make adjustments, recommendations & changes as needed. Well beyond point of sale, she kept the “white gloves” on! Look for her in the showroom, you won’t be disappointed, she is elegant, kind and efficient thank you! Disappointed with the delivery speed and sales' attitude. Once the customer place the order, they do not care about the ongoing delivery and service. On September 4th, I made a purchase with the expectation that the items were in stock, and I would receive them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been marred by significant delays. First, the items were initially scheduled to be ready for delivery at the logistics company by September 12th. However, that date was pushed back to September 20th, which was already an inconvenience. But it didn't end there; the items didn't even arrive at the logistics company until September 26th. Now, I am informed that the delivery is scheduled for October 6th, which is over a month from the date of my initial order. This extended delay has disrupted my plans and created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for me. Throughout this ordeal, communication has been lacking, and I've received little information regarding the reasons for these delays. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down as a customer. I understand that logistical challenges can arise, but it's essential for a company to communicate proactively and transparently with its customers in such situations. I expected better service from a company with your reputation. As a resolution, I would appreciate an explanation for these delays and, if possible, a more accurate estimated delivery date. Additionally, given the extent of the delay, I believe it would be reasonable to offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. I want to believe that this experience is an exception and not the standard of service your company provides. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably.
I wish I could leave 10 stars I have recently chosen Arhaus to furnish, more than 90% of my newly purchased condo in Manhattan. I would like to thank Sam Ramirez, the sales representative at the Hackensack store, who has orchestrated my entire process and made it extremely pleasant and less stressful. Thanks go to Michelle, interior designer, who arranged for the glamorous finishing touches of my furniture order. The delivery was prompt and exceeding expectations, done by FGO Logistics. Overall, I am extremely happy with my choice for Arhaus to be the high-end furniture store option for my home. Thank you, thank you Sam, you were wonderful, always pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend, with no reservations: ARHAUS, Hackensack store, Sam Ramirez and Michelle Centrella. I had the most AMAZING experience with Arhaus Hackensack. I live in Texas and had to replace a vase that broke. Hackensack had one more vase in stock after it was discontinued and agreed to ship it to me. Andrea was so helpful and sweet with our situation. Our vase was packaged tight and arrived from New Jersey to Texas in one piece! Thank you to Andrea and her team for showing such care and compassion to us!
I’m convinced that the company is running some sort of scheme. I ordered and paid for my dining table and chairs in august 2021. They promised me delivery by thanksgiving 2021. The products arrived in February 2022. The top and base were both damaged. I accepted delivery and then waited for the replacement. They said by end of April. Then they promised May and finally in June it was scheduled to arrive. Delivery guy was great he told me to check the product outside before accepting delivery. The top was damaged so I didn’t accept. Back to the drawing board and they promised me august. Wasn’t until September when delivery company showed up with only the base not the top. Now it’s November. They showed up with the top not the base. Each time I’m met with responses that they’ll get right to it. I’m still awaiting a resolution. So two thanksgivings later and I still don’t have the table I thought I was buying. I also ordered two couches, arm chairs and lamp. They said December delivery. I wonder what year they’ll actually arrive. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY!! The sales people are wonderful and that’s what lures you in but don’t be fooled!
Ordered furniture. Had it delivered where movers damaged some interior. Called numerous times as they guaranteed they're covered via insurance. It's been several months with no call back or follow up. The manager there is insanely incompetent.
I placed an order for dining chairs almost a year ago today. Everytime I call for an update on status, the sales people give me the same response. They are due in about a month. This has been the story since April . This store is a joke. I would not recommend ordering anything from this store ever.
